Situated right on the Kenting strip, it's a great location. The pool and courtyard combo give the place a nice vibe. I'll be staying there again and again. Well worth it.

A feeling of tropical quietness

Great atmosphere in this hotel. Nice decoration, feeling of high-level stay. Washing machines and dryers available next to the swimming pool (40NTD to use). Comfortable bedding, large rooms. The swimming pool is clean and is equipped with water jets. Tall trees offer a lot of shadow, it must be amazing in summer but we lack of warmth during our stay. The beach nearby is for surfing and it is forbidden to swim. Well... Otherwise you must walk 15~20 min to the East for a swimmable beach called Xiaowan. Very enjoyable stay, with a generous breakfast.

Right away, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The hallways and dining area is very clean. The hallways to our room on the second floor is beautiful. I love that there’s a lit pool in the middle. The bedroom and bed was also clean. I really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they provided! The location is great! We were just a short walk to the ocean and right outside of hotel was some night market-like stalls. I knocked a star off for the facilities as I wished the pool was better maintained, but also understanding we were there off-season. While we were there, it looks like they have a dedicated pool person that was cleaning the pool. The pool still had bugs, the vents maybe needed to be cleaned and the tiles of pool looked like it could use a scrub or one of those pool robots. I’m not sure if the condition is always like this or perhaps it was only a bit run down because we were there off-seasons Overall, we really enjoyed the stay! The staff is great, the location is great, easy parking, breakfast was good, and the bed, bedrooms, halls, and dining area was very clean! Rooms are reasonably priced. Just wished the pool was cleaner and maybe heated! Would have loved to swim in it when we visited this winter.

Considering it's a 3-star hotel, near the man-made river, expect smell when outside. Inside room is fine. Also no doormen. You haul your stuff. :p Night market is just outside, if you like night markets. Overall room and bathroom was okay, a bit small and crowded feeling. Toilet is funny big. Charging outlets are in funny places. One room could not get AC to go down to 20C stayed at 22C. Elevator was out, so expect hauling luggage. There is steep ramp near lobby, so moving up one floor was ok. We were lucky to have rooms on floor where ramp lead to. Just need to haul your luggage up your room stairs. Fun little gimmick: your room number lights up with card in power slot. Overall okay-good place for a night considering the price.

Though the pool was closed due to epidemic precautions, we enjoyed our balcony rooms overlooking the courtyard pool area. Breakfast was good, but required signing up for a particular choice the night before (most other places we stayed had buffets, which offer more choice and allow one to see the options before choosing food, especially helpful for those unfamiliar with local cuisine). We appreciated the staff's kindness and friendliness during our stay. Kenting is beautiful, and we wish we could have stayed longer!
