Welcome to our 2010 thatched, thatched cottage. The house is modern and comfortable with bright country house furniture and with its 3 bedrooms for 6 people with max. 1 infant suitable. The house is located between the Baltic Sea and Gothensee in Heringsdorf. The large property in a quiet residential area with terrace, garden with beach chairs and electric grill offers pure relaxation. The beach and shopping are so close that you can leave the car on the property's own parking.

Welcome to our holiday home "Seemansgarn". On 100 square meters of living space, spread over 2 floors offers a feel-good holiday accommodation. On the ground floor of the house welcomes you a cozy living room incl. Dining area. Self-caterers will find a fully equipped kitchen, which fulfills all wishes. A Swedish fireplace ensures comfortable hours. Three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, each with a double bed, 2 shower rooms and the sauna offer much comfort after a long day at the beach, a forest walk or a bike ride on the Gothensee. For a relaxed evening out, two LCD TVs and a DVD player are available. For small Usedom fans is a cot and a high chair ready. Through the beautiful, limited by hedges plot your four-legged friends also experiences beautiful holiday hours. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck and 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
