Upper Lewis Lodge Condo at Wallowa Lake

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lewis lodge. Garrett was great and even let us check in a little bit early. The location is absolutely perfect. A quick drive to Joseph and the perfect spot in Wallowa to walk to all the fun shops and different things around town. We especially loved the spacious porch. My only complaint is that there is only one shower but other than that the property is beautiful and very clean. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, etc. Cabin was nicely decorated. Hot tub clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the lake and many activities. Highly recommend."

"The condo's internal amenities were nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. The unit only had 2 bar stools so 2 of us stood at the counter to eat and sat on the floor to play cards. The deck was near a commercial horse corral, so the flies kept us inside.The location was within walking distance of Wallowa Lake, a small grocery store and the tram. There was a nice electric fireplace for the winter months and the 2 full bathrooms was great for 2 couples."

"Ideal place for those seeking solitude and peacefullness. Although the lodge is remote, it is equipped with everything you possibly need. The house is huge, you may choose any of six bedrooms, all of them are good. All appliancies are of a good quality. Internet reception is excelllent. The peaceful view over meadows from the enormously large house terrace is so tranquill. The road down to Hell's Canyon is a bit tricky, but managable even in a regular car (although 4WD suits it better, especially in wet weather). My only wish the owners will provide more local info, like maps, notes or scetches: it is always helpful as Idaho back roads are famous to be tricky to navigate."

"Fabulous clean cabin for a family trip. There was ample room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The river was beautiful and created a wonderfully peaceful sound to fall asleep to. We can’t wait to come back!"
