The best apartments at the old harbour

The Hermanus Apartments are absolutely beautiful with sea views and perfectly located at the harbour. The comfort, cleanliness, spaciousness and attention to detail are top class. It is my third stay over and I will be back for a fourth.

Helt fantastisk beliggende Penthouse Appartment i hjertet af Hermanus med lækker mindre pool på taget Hyggeligt indrettet med meget store rum, elegante møbler og veludstyret køkken. Udsigten fra alle værelser var helt forrygende

Fantastic accommodation

Fantastic accommodation - Attention to detail was amazing and it was spotless. It was a pity we were shown to the wrong room at first which was totally unsuitable for our needs. This was quickly rectified by our friendly and helpful porter. Reception really should be more careful.

Would not stay again in this apartment.

The apartment was very nice ,however it is surrounded by extracting fans from the restaurants KFC being the one that makes the loudest noise..also you get a smell from them..we were kept awake until after midnight by the jacuzzi in the penthouse above.Sea view is limited but lots of roof tops.and noise from the streets.NOT a relaxing experance we were hoping for.

Perfect location for whale watching, shops & food!

We loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the whales - we saw dozens of whales and one full breach! Shopping and restaurants were also great!

It was a bad experience

When we arrive, we found an excellent apartment but without sea view (i requested sea view). After a minutes we turn on the water and there is not hot water because the system wasn´t working. I called front desk and no body arrived. I called again and one guy arrived and he told us that everything was ok. After 1 hour, we tried again to turn on hot water and the system had a problem. Finally they move us 11 pm to another room.

Clean modern large hotel, great location

We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse. Due to the location and very reasonable price. When we arrived, I had to double check what I had paid. It was huge. We did not want to leave. Amazing 360 degree views of Hermanus. Modern, comfortable, spacious with all the latest mod cons. Within walking distance to all the shops and waking trail. the staff were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend. My kids loved the space, pool and Netflix. Wifi is very limited only 250mb per day.

Perfect family apartment

A perfect apartment for a family with access to the best pool in Hermanus at the adjacent hotel complete with views over the ocean and only a few minutes' walk to excellent restaurants. The apartment also shares a small pool with the others in the block, but we were the only guests to use this during our four-night stay. The apartment's private outdoor space offers a braai (barbecue). Inside, the rooms are more than spacious, with each of the two bedrooms having an en suite bathroom.
