"We normally rent a house when we come to the beach but this was a short trip with just me and my sons. This hotel is absolutely perfect! They think of everything and the staff is so kind. Clean and the best location to the beach and walkable for breakfast lunch and dinner!"

"Got there a little earlier than expected, so I decided to give them a call and ask if a room was available. Worker name Pam, was very rude and had an awful attitude. We were able to get a room, but once we got there the attitude was worse with the huffing and puffing. She might’ve rough morning but she was VERY nasty & I didn’t appreciate that at all. Definitely not going back at all!"

"First I didn’t want to make this review based off this stat since I’ve stayed here before and had a lovely experience. However this time around was not as good. Firstly, the shower still had hair in it. And the cloths for washing also had tiny hairs in them. I have a weak stomach to hair so this automatically made me want to leave. Secondly, the floors were nasty. I walked around the room maybe 5 minutes before getting in the shower and when I got in I had dirt coming from under my feet. The floors were nasty. Lastly, the cable kept going in and out and the internet barely worked. We had a tech guy come and not quite fix it but he was very helpful and were able to watch a full episode of a show finally. The front desk staff didn’t really offer anything for the inconveniences so I just feel like they didn’t care. Didn’t even sound sincere when apologizing."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice… the location is close proximity to the beach, shopping areas and nice restaurants. The facilities on the site was really nice. Good that they had a playground swimming pool included a kiddy pool in which my daughter enjoyed and the hot tub all three were very clean I would say to be mindful of the bed linens and that they’re not stained and checked prior to guest arrival. I had to wash our sheets before we use them because there was red dots on them."

"Mu husband and I stayed 3 nights and 4 days in just the house we were hoping for. All criteria we were looking for was met 100% as advertised: low to no steps to enter and exit, 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, very clean and well kept furniture, small kitchen but plenty adequate and equipped enough to cook in even though we only snacked while there (shared all meals with kids and grandkids also staying in Ocean Lakes) and use of a Golf Cart (which we thoroughly enjoyed). Loved the deck and location. Easy parking. We are in our early 80's and the only suggestion I would have is to consider some safety bars in the bathrooms. If we can go again next year, this will be our "go to" if available."

"So so disappointing! Nothing like the pictures! Dirty, smelly, chipped furniture, uneven floors. Doors difficult to open. The deck was filthy and the deck furniture had stain and mold on it. So so outdated!We had to go pay for another place to stay as we would never consider staying there and the owner refused to refund our money!Do not rent this !!!"
