While the staff was friendly and helpful, the property was not well maintained or clean. The bed slept like you were on a sheet of plywood. The air conditioning in the room worked well . We stayed cool all night. Parking was easily available. We had a 2 night reservation but only stayed one night.

The staff here is really nice and very helpful. Very easy to talk to and be around. Parking was easy they have decent pricing except for weekends but that’s everywhere. The only thing I would complain about is it’s around a not so good environment of people.

I always stay here when I visit Myrtle Beach. I don't prefer to stay anywhere else. The only issue that I've ever had is that the Wi-Fi seems to be really weak so I try to get a room near the lobby - but that's my only complaint.

Do not have daily house keeping and have to go to front desk for any extra towels, wash clothes, toilet Paper etc. killed 2 roaches even though the room smelled cleaned. The property was better than expected. It is an older property but was good considering it is a beach property so guests are at the beach a lot, which brings sand. The staff vacuums and cleans regularly so tidy.

The property manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the TV in my room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean but the hallway carpet just outside of my room could use a good professional carpet cleaning, to help with the smell. Pool area was clean and having the games by the front desk area was very accommodating for guests with children.

I thought the room rate was very high. The floors were gritty and the bathroom had a bar of soap and nothing else like shampoo etc. no breakfast offered as so many hotels offer now.
