We spent a week at Bella Beach for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great and the area itself was safe. Would recommend spending time here, especially towards the end of Crete's busy season!

Very cute family-style resort. The staff was super nice, always smiling, and willing to help. Every day, we had chairs by the pool and the beach. Highly recommended for families. They also had activities during the day.

Great hotel, close to Hersonissos (small town with restaurants, bars, gift shops and nightlife). Staff are always happy to help and very welcoming and friendly. Buffet was really good, lots of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner, options for everyone even the fussier eaters. Would highly recommend

Pure gold

From check in to check out we were made welcome all the staff went over and above to make certain their guests were taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing and the chef made sure everyone knew what his creations contained. I have no doubts that we shall be returning to this wonderful place.

As written in most of the comments, the hotel is fine. If you are not seeking for a luxurious place to stay but with good food and all inclusive drinks - it is just fine. The hotel is quite old, towel system is stupid but in general it is a good place to be for a fair price

Lovely hotel right on the beach. International buffet food available from early morning till late at night with plenty of options for the children and adults alike. We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!

we spent 2 weeks in this resort.We had the upgrade to the room with private pool.the room has always been cleaned on a daily basis, the towels were also changed on a daily basis.the overall resort is high quality.personell is kid and professional.maybe the food can be improved,but its overall okay. perfect for families with kids.

A really nice hotel, with excellent food, big clean rooms, and friendly staff. Nice sandy beach, with some rock plates off to the side in the water, comfortable beach beds. When it’s full, beach beds are very difficult to find, both on the beach and around the pool. Pool, pool bar and beach bar close at 6PM (18h), with more than two hours of sunshine left to enjoy (in July). Spa service is excellent! I can strongly recommend massage therapist Nick! Not a lot to do for kids, and nightly entertainment is low key.
