Villa Thea is modern villa, located in the area of Kokkini Hani just 15 minutes from Heraklion town. It has breathtaking views of the area and the Mediterranean sea.

It can accommodate up to 16 people in bedrooms (all en-suite) and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa has an outdoor area, with a lawn garden, a heated indoor pool on request at extra charge and an outdoor swimming pool with a BBQ area offering a unique holiday for its guests.
Villa Thea has a 330 sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of four bedrooms all en-suite, two of them with a double bed and two of them with two twin beds which can be converted into doubles. A staircase leads on the lower ground floor where the large living room and the sitting room are located with a dining area for 12 guests. A large fully equipped kitchen and an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and reverse swim jet are located as well on this level.

Two bedrooms are also located on this level, the first with a double bed with access to the outside area and a second one with a double bed. Both of the bedrooms are an-suite with showers.

All bedrooms offer TVs and air conditioning.

The villa is built on a 2000sqm plot offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. Outside the main living area is a big terrace with a 50sqm pool, comfy sun loungers, a shaded dining area and a BBQ spot with a wooden oven.

The house is surrounded by gardens with local trees and flowers while the 1st floor has a really big terrace that overlooks the pool.

The beach of Kokkini Hani is only 1500m away from the villa.
