Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Hexham Abbey within easy walking sistance. Room was spacious and very quiet. Nice 'extras' provided (sewing kit, razor, toothbrush and past) which is no longer standard. Parking was easy and on the street directly opposite the hotel.

Staff always friendly, nice clean room, always try and book here when working in Hexham.
I have stopped at this hotel may times, the staff are always very freindly as are the locals,no food being served in hotel at the moment and you have to go across the road to the sister hotel The County for breakfast, not a problem for me as I don't tend to bother with breakfast, there are plenty of eating spot out in Hexham so eating out was no hassle, I always try and stop here when I'm working in Hexham which I do every 3 months.

Great Hotel, room's very clean and tidy ,all the staff are very friendly, no food on at the moment but there is plenty of places to eat in Hexham, breakfast is across the road at the Sister hotel The County. Booked again for next week
Very nice place to stay and twinned with The County Hotel which is where you have your very good breakfast. Staff were great, rooms modern and clean. My room was hot but that was due to unusually warm summer. Will return again after the Victorian Tap reservation debacle.
Couldnt find fault.great staff polite, helpful, knowledgeable.
Very comfortable, good view of main route through town easy parking ,loads to see and visit on town, some great restaurants.
Upgrade of room BUT I was above the gaming room. Room not soundproof so I heard everything people yelling, the music the svreaming the pool balls break8ng, etc. Went to bed at 2330 but wasn't able to sleep until they closed the pub. And then all the drunks moved to the street and right beliw my window where all hell broke loose. Needless to say I didn’t get much sleep and when I did 2 hrs kater I was woken up by 4 different drunks 3 girls and 1 guy out side my window at 0300. Then at 0400 spmeone knocked on my door. Could of only been a drinck guess as access to the hotel was very good. Bed very nice as well as the pillows, would of been nice to enjoy them for a good nights sleep.
We had a lovely stay at the Coach and Horses, very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast and food. We where given a warm welcome. Everything was perfect. We managed to park our motorcycles on the road opposite the property which we could see from our room window. Parking was free from 5pm - 9am and we where given a disc from 9am-11am which is when they needed to be moved til 5pm. All day Free parking was available at a car park close by. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.
Lovely hotel with parking around. Spacious room, comfy beds, the only negative is that it was so warm. Couldn't leave the fan running overnight as it was noisy and couldn't leave the window open as was on to a fire escape which would have meant it was accessible from the outside. Bathroom was fab, loads of toiletries and good shower. Breakfast was freshly made to order and was very nice.
Eva was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was lovely, recently refurbished and included little extras like toiletries and coffee, tea and biscuits which were a welcome addition. I would have loved to have stayed longer than the one night!
