The rooms are amazing using lots of natural materials. When i first saw the concrete bed i thought it would be like sleeping on a bed of nails. It is the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. We would stay there again.

Beautifully renovated rooms. The owners are very friendly and because the pub bus was going to be a while, they gave us a lift to the pub for dinner. Can’t recommend motel 3858 highly enough

Amazing stay, we'll be coming back

Beautiful room with elegantly designed courtyard, full of plants & a fish pond with a fountain. The room was lovely and the spa was hot. We were even offered free eggs and veggies from the owners chooks/veggie patch. Amazing stay. Highly recommend

It was the most amazing room and courtyard I have ever stayed in. Being able to have an outside bath in the sunshine this morning was a very wicked indulgence. The guys who own it are so friendly and hospitable and best of all I could have my dog there.

Unique, nothing like I’ve stayed in before. This accommodation is so different in such a beautiful way. What other country motel would you walk out your door to a fishpond, private spa and outdoor shower. We had the best time!

Absolutely spotless and dog friendly which does not usually go together. King size bed was so comfortable and warm. The twin baths outside were stunning to use a bath under the stars priceless. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic recently renovated motel making it look very modern/contemporary. Grant was a great host and gave us an upgrade as it was a quiet time of week. The "spa and plunge pool" out in the private courtyard out the back made it feel like a small resort! Grant allowed us to pack our big tandem trailer out the back in a safe spot out of the way. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous place! No surprises, just like the pictures. The motel has gorgeous styling. Clean lines, chic boutique vibes meets funky industrial /rural edge. The individual garden courtyards are beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub was fabulous. The icing on the cake is that it's pet friendly. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, we will definitely return here in the future.

Couple getaway

Amazing place, very modern facilities. Super friendly staff, even gave us a free upgrade to resort style room with private spa and pool which was fantastic. Both my partner and I have dietary requirements and can't have dairy and they even went above and beyond and got us almond milk for coffee. Lovely chickens and pigeons on site to see. Highly recommend.

The perfect place for a couples getaway

Perfect place for a getaway with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beautifully presented and comfortable rooms, private outdoor area for each room. A beautiful water feature and fish filled pond in our outside area, a comfy hammock swing to relax in. The pool was great, bbq area was tidy and well presented a nice spot to enjoy dinner. A veggie garden up the front which we were encouraged to pick strawberries and cherry tomatoes from which we did and were delicious! Friendly, welcoming and accomodating hosts. Dog friendly. Can’t wait to return!
