Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house so that our kids and their families could enjoy a vacation with us. We also have 2 teenagers and a nephew that tagged along.Everyone was amazed at how nice the house and property were kept along with lots of amenities. We were the third renters and there were a few small things needing fixed but the major.Our 1st day we requested a temp increase and the temp was moved to 85 degrees. After the next morning, the pool was great!The master suite and the upstairs suite were really nice! The large shower was almost too big but no one complained. There is a master closet behind the shower that was very impressive also.The kitchen had all of the dishes we needed to feed 13 of us. It was kinda shy on small pans for cooking vegetables but there were Tupperware containers and a microwave so we used that. There are several refrigerators too so we used one or more for drinks and the main one for groceries. (There are 2 Walmarts and a Publix close (less than 10 minutes) and a SAM'S club for stocking up (further away) along with commissaries for those with base privileges.The game room/movie theater were very nice as well and the older kids spent a lot of time in there and enjoyed the room and theater.The dining table sat most of us at once and the living room held several kids on the large couch with built in charging ports.There was plenty of room for our family and each family had a good sized room. Most rooms had their own climate control and ceiling fans also.The teens had their own room available as well with queen sized or full sized bunk beds and a room with 2 queens for our teen princess. The rooms were good sized but mostly we spent time at the pool, kitchen area and game room and living room areas.There is a small beach and pier available also. The pier goes out into deeper water but it may be 10 feet deep. The water is shallow for the most part and we seen crabs, geckos, water birds and plenty"

"Year 2 at this delightful home away from home! This is our happy spot in the sun, and the house gives us all the space we need inside and out! The location is perfect and close to so many places to eat and shop. See you all again next year"

"Everything about it felt like your home. Comfortable furniture. Every appliance I could think of. Nice open floor plan. Beautiful old wood cabinets,dressers, bureau's and interesting antique novelty items. Great porch and yard. Dock with a nice swing and almost completely quiet. Met owners by accident and they couldn't have been nicer."

"We have stayed in the Navarre area for the past 3 yrs and this was by far the cleanest rental, with a management company that was incredibly responsive and helpful for little things we needed during our extended stay. We cannot say enough about how well they communicated and responded. If you are an owner-consider this company. "Host was the best ! She had everything we needed there. Enjoyed our welcome bottle of wine ! Was so comfortable and in such a quiet neighborhood. Was enjoyable just sitting outside, grilling and enjoying the squirrels and their crazy antics ! Had many days on navarre beach (when weather allowed it) and found many areas to walk in parks, boardwalks and on military museums. This was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a homey stay."

"Our family came during Spring Break and really enjoyed the home. It was clean and so cozy!Things we appreciated...*All the beach gear and how well stocked the home was! This saved us space when packing our car!*The safety measures for the back door leading to the pool. This really eased our mind with having a toddler! *Neighborhood Walmart less than 5 minutes away! Super easy and quick grocery pick up! *How forward and easy it was to communicate with Dan.*Preteen daughter enjoyed all the bedrooms having their own TVs and access to streaming services! Lol*Beautiful home and well maintained! I loved the breakfast nook, looking out towards the pool! *The Karaoke setup! This made for one of our most memorable evenings during our stay! "
