"We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. Kathy’s place was just as described - spotlessly cleaned with a very comfortable bed, great a/c & quiet at night. We loved sitting outside on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by. Great location with several restaurants with live bands within walking distance. We also loved being able to see sunsets & boats drive by from the balcony. There are beach chairs & sun umbrellas which make going to the beach so easy. We will definitely return. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is very clean, screened in patio area with pool is awesome and the house has everything you could need. It was great to have a garage to park in, bikes and beach gear. Cooking items in the kitchen were plentiful and grill was great. We spent most of our time on the back patio. Matt is an excellent host and we would definitely recommend. "
