川側の部屋との連絡を受けていましたが、実際は山側の部屋でした。その旨、伝えましたが、エクスペリアからは川側との連絡は受けていないとの回答があり解決せず、領収書にも川側の部屋との表記があり、エクスペリア側、旅館側どちらの落度かは分かりませんが、なんとなく旅行にケチが付いたような気分になりました。

柱状列岩の目の前のお宿、とても落ち着く清潔なお部屋、洒落たお食事処とラウンジ、歴史を感じるお風呂でした。 ラウンジの景色はすばらしく期待通りでしたが、お菓子の内容が少し物足りなかったと思いました。

今回は女子2人旅。お部屋は和室2ベット。少し狭めでしたが、お掃除も行き届き清潔。 お湯は変わらずお肌もツルツルになり温まる最高のお湯でした。 食事も久しぶりの和食コースな感じ、馬刺しが嬉しかったです。スタッフの方々は感じとても良かったですよ。一生懸命に料理の名前を教えてくれました。少し間違えてたけどそれもご愛嬌ですね。 食事と同じ階にラウンジがあり飲み物オヤツも無料でした。夕食の後にゆっくりコーヒーが飲めました。 一つだけお願いが、枕が私には合わず、何種類かの中から選べると有難い。また、機会があれば伺います。 快適な空間をありがとうございました‼️

山に囲まれ静かでゆっくりリラックスし過ごすことができました。川の音を聴きながらの温泉も最高です！ご飯も全て美味しくて適量、みなさん親切で館内での挨拶もあったり、ラウンジで読書もしました。今回こちらの不手際にも快く対応していただき、本当にありがとうございました。とても助かりました。また利用したいと思います。
