Hotel Schweizerhof Basel

"The location of this hotel is a stone’s throw away from the main train station and is a transport hub. So it is very convenient. The room is large and very oddly has an exercise bike in it. The bathroom is very basic. The weirdest thing was the door to the room opens out which made me feel a little insecure (in case of an unauthorized entry). There is no fridge in the room. However the staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. This includes the receptionists as well as those serving breakfast. Five stars for their service!"
