"When we arrived at 6:30 PM we were told that our room had not yet been cleaned and told to wait for a while. We told the front desk staff we would go eat and come back. When we returned at 8:30 PM we were told again that our room was not ready. There were at least 6 others waiting for their rooms. We left and found another hotel. "

"Granted we got there late night and did not use many of the amenities, but the room was very clean, and the front desk was efficient. We did have breakfast, typical hotel type breakfast (don't expect gourmet), but it did the job. Many quick items, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, eggs and a finely diced pork product, I'm guessing ham. They also had a waffle iron to make your own waffle. I would definitely stay there again, maybe not if you were going to just stay at the hotel for days as your vacation,...

"Clean room. Good shower. Good bed. Fair price for the area. Would stay here again. Front desk worker was not the usual up beat welcoming agent. Other than that no complaints"

"Overall, the hotel is clean and in good condition. Checks many of the boxes. Breakfast started at 7am which was inconvenient and later than more other hotels, and the “fitness room” is two low quality pieces of cardio equipment. My largest concern though is the surrounding area. I would not recommend walking around at night."

"Dead bugs in the tub. Zero hot water in the sink or shower. The toilet did not completely flush EVER. Third party to reach to get WiFi. Room was freezing. Had the room heater on 90 for the first 6 hours to get the room warm-ish. Mattress was not great. The dual charger by the nightstand did not work. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in my phone. Sink by the door in a tiny nook. Sink marble and backsplash weren’t even similar. Construction was going on."
