Located in the highly desirable South Beach area of Sea Pines Plantation, this spectacular Cape Cod duplex has magnificent views of Calibogue Sound.
This home has an open floor plan with beautiful views of the Sound. Dark hardwood floors are in the living room and dining room while the kitchen and Carolina room are both tiled. This home has lots of tropical style décor making you feel like you are on a beach vacation. The living room has a red L-shaped couch, two accent chairs, fireplace and a nice armoire with a 40" SMART TV, DVD player and some books.
The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and granite counter tops. It is fully equipped for any meal you may wish to prepare. The large outdoor deck has bench seating and a table that seats four. There is a Char-Broil grill for you to BBQ a nice meal while enjoying the sunsets, boats coming and going or the dolphins playing in their natural habitat.
