Courtside 9 - 2 Bed Townhouse - Short Walk to the Beach

Courtside 9 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and the guest room has Queen & Twin each with a private bath. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. This condo is fully stocked and the Kitchen has everything you would need. Wireless Internet, 3 Flat Screen TV's and a spacious comfortable living space.

Wonderful location

Overall we had a great time and the property was clean and comfortable. Some of the doors did not close all the way which allowed more outside sound when one person was trying to sleep.

Great location within walking distance to beach and Coligny plaza. Although there was a starter pack, could have used additional laundry detergent, and a clean sponge, ( only dirty sponge under sink).Coffee filters and sugar would be helpful! Second bathroom had mold around vents, and Master sink stopper not working properly(constantly closing shut). Lastly, upon our arrival the recycle bin was 3/4 full, we had to leave much of our recycles on top. Upon departure trash collectors did not empty recycle bin!

Excellent condo

Very nice condo and in great condition. A/C wasn’t working when we arrived and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Perfect location

The location was perfect and the space was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with some mold on the ceiling (not shocking based on the time of year and recent weather), but the property manager came out immediately to try and address it. The mold did create issues for some people in our group (with some breathing issues) but the rest of us were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay, nice location

This townhouse was everything we expected it to be and we enjoyed our stay very much: spacious, clean, comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and beach. The property management company was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. There are only a few minor things that could make for a better stay: beach towels and sharper kitchen knives :)

Even though the weather wasn't the best, this unit was everything we needed to make sure my hubby's birthday was a success. Affordable pricing for the area with a great amount of space as well as the comfort throughout the entire unit.

Family vacation

Everything was clean and as described. 8 minute walk to the beach. Lots of space for 4 people to spread out for quiet time. Would definitely come back next year!

Beach vacation

The place was clean and comfortable. The condo had 2 bedrooms and each had there own bathroom. It was a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus.

Good location, but could use some TLC

Pros: lots of room, 5 minute walk to the beach, had a cart to take everything to the beach, two pools close by, kitchen had everything we needed, super easy check-in/check out. Cons: beds, pillows and comforters not the most comfortable, wifi upstairs is very spotty, nightstand in full/twin room doesn't have a track for drawers (daughter pulled drawer out and it fell on her foot - she was fine), small leak from chandelier (reported to management), front door is HARD to shut and lock. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Just more prepared, and maybe with our own blankets and pillows.

Great, relaxing stay

Nice unit a short walk from the beach!

The layout of this unit was perfect! Both bedrooms had their own full bathrooms, and there was a half bath downstairs as well. It had a nice open layout and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were just a short walk from the beach and in a good location that was conveniently close to beaches, shops, and dining. The only complaint was that the cleaning could have been a bit better. When you walk in, there is a musty smell to the unit; nothing overwhelming, but it is noticeable. There was also a piece of bacon left on the floor from the previous stay as well as a hair band left on the stairs, French fries and candy under the couch/chairs, etc. This wasn't a deal-breaker by any means, but these things were definitely noticeable upon entering the unit and made us wonder how well things were cleaned before our arrival. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Nice condo, nice location

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and everything worked well, A/C, wifi, appliances, etc. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Very easy to get to. The beach was great, soft sand (not rocky at all) and warm water. Would stay there again.
