Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

To help make your Hilton Head vacation as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, please review the important information below before your stay.
Town of Hilton Head Island Rules
The Town of Hilton Head Island strictly enforces its Short-Term Rental Ordinance to help preserve our neighborhoods and community. Violations may result in fines beginning at $500, and any fines incurred due to actions by you or your guests will be charged to the credit card on file.
Parking
Parking is the most common reason guests receive Town citations, so please review these requirements carefully.
Park only in the designated parking spaces at the property.
All vehicles, including golf carts, must fit completely within the driveway. No part of a vehicle may extend into the street.
Vehicles must be parked side-by-side where applicable and may not be parked horizontally across the driveway.
Parking is not permitted on grass, pine straw, landscaping, sidewalks, or public streets.
Parking: 4 vehicles max: 1 in garage, 3 in driveway
Noise
Please be considerate of neighboring residents by observing the Town's quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Music, televisions, conversations, and outdoor gatherings should be kept at a respectful volume, especially during quiet hours. Excessive noise may result in Town enforcement and fines.
Trash
Please help keep Hilton Head beautiful by properly disposing of trash throughout your stay.
Place all trash inside the designated trash containers.
Follow the property's trash collection schedule provided in your guest information.
Do not leave trash bags outside of the containers, as they may attract wildlife and may result in Town violations.
Pool Heating
Complimentary pool heat is provided September through April for homes equipped with a pool heater.
Pools are set to approximately 88°F.
When outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F, pool heaters may not be able to maintain the desired water temperature due to weather conditions.
If the heater is operating properly but weather prevents the pool from reaching the set temperature, refunds will not be issued.
Starter Supplies
Your vacation home is stocked with a starter supply of essential items, including: paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
These items are intended to help you get settled. Depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group, you should plan to purchase additional supplies.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled at least 60 days before check-in to qualify for a refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less a $350 administrative fee.
We strongly encourage purchasing trip/travel insurance through a third-party provider to protect your vacation investment.
Beach House Boutique Vacation Rentals & Realty does not issue refunds for events beyond our control, including weather, hurricanes, road conditions, power outages, travel delays, security concerns, travel advisories, or other acts of nature.
Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 25 lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.
Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.
