our staff at the Red Roof inn was perfect and comfortable. We live on a nearby island and weren't able to make the ferry and had our dog in tow. The red roof inn was affordable, comfortable & clean! We will definitely stay there again

They gave us a room that was very musty and smelled bad, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and a drain grate ran next to the toilet bowl so we asked to change it. And they gave us the room next door that also smelled terrible. I rented for two nights so I canceled one night.

Odor in room

We booked two nights, but only stayed one. There was a stale, musty odor in the room, that no amount of febreeze and disinfectant could mask. My husband killed a roach that was crawling on the floor. The beds were not comfortable, and my sheets had stains. The pool was well kept; it was the best part about the hotel. The location is also pretty great.

It was a cheap place to lay your head but there was a constant musty/sour smell in the room. A lady’s under garments were left on the bathroom door when we arrived. Needed a place to stay until we could get into our condo, unfortunately would not recommend and wouldn’t stay again.
