Before we describe the beautiful home let's first discuss the location. There is a reason that oceanfront homes in the North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach area are so highly sought after for Hilton Head Island vacations. With close proximity to the wonderful shops, restaurants and watering holes (such as the world-famous Tiki Hut, Sand Bar, and Pool Bar Jim’s at SeaCrest), in the Coligny Plaza area, this is where you want to be to get the most out of your Hilton Head Island vacation. Leave your car in the driveway and walk or bike ride to everything, including the beautiful beach. And our South Forest Beach location provides easy walk or bike-ride access to the beauty and elegance of Sea Pines and its featured attractions such as Harbourtown, South Beach, and Sea Pines Beach Club.

Now on to the beautiful home... Cassina Palms is direct oceanfront featuring 5 bedrooms plus an additional large bedroom/loft sleeping area (that sleeps six), along with 5 bathrooms with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for large multi-generational families or a gathering of friends, you will love the spacious, quiet and uncrowded beach directly in front of the house, the large, heated pool (extra heat charges apply), with generous patio that includes 8 chaise lounge chairs, large dining table, propane grill, and shaded seating area for 8. You will also enjoy the spectacular views from the three ocean-facing balconies with comfy seating.

Enter Cassina Palms on the ground floor and you will find 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and patio access, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. This level also includes the game room with ping pong table. Walk right out the back door to your private pool and large patio area.

The 2nd (main) floor features a large gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, dining area and two separate living rooms as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedroom facing the ocean is outfitted with queen bedding and has a sliding glass door view of the ocean and private en-suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with a queen beds and share a full bathroom with oversized shower. The wall of windows facing the ocean in the living and dining areas will take your breath away! Three sliding glass doors provide easy access to the balcony where you can enjoy your favorite libation while soaking up the ample sunshine and beautiful ocean views.

Bringing the kids? The third level provides a perfect kid get-away and sleeping area featuring two full beds with twin trundle beds tucked underneath, a separate sitting area with large screen TV and queen sleeper sofa, private ocean-facing deck with outdoor seating. This level also includes a DELUXE master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in closets, private balcony, and an over-the-top luxurious en-suite bath. All bedrooms include wifi-connected TV's with FUBOTV providing all your favorite channels.

You will also enjoy the deck located in close proximity to the ocean featuring an oversized, covered daybed for soaking up the ocean breeze.

Also, our pet-friendly home has an important feature that you will not find anywhere else on Hilton Head. The entire perimeter is wrought-iron fenced with two swinging gates at each driveway entrance. Let your dogs outside with no fear that they may wander off. • Must be on a leash: Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday after Labor Day through September 30.
• Must be on leash OR UNDER POSITIVE VOICE CONTROL at all other times. This means that well-behaved dogs are able to roam the beach leash-free at all times after September 30th and before April 1.
• Persons in control of animals on the beach are required to remove and properly dispose of the animal’s droppings.

WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Our home offers a spectacular setting for a small wedding. We do allow weddings for up to 75 guests subject to a non-negotiable fee of $1500.00 and a minimum stay as per our minimum stay guidelines for the dates where the wedding falls. Wedding event should fall at least one day prior to departure (ex: no Friday weddings if Saturday departure). Tents, tables, lights and outside catering permitted.

Please note: from April 1 - September 30 we rent from Saturday - Saturday only with a one week minimum stay.

Perfect spot

We visited for a wedding and this spot was perfect - although a little chilly in Feb it felt great to walk on the beach with the dogs and enjoy the salt air. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Getaway

we were very happy with the house. it had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and spouses, my nephew and my 90 year old dad, loved the closeness to the ocean and also relaxing in the pool. we will definitely come back here on our next Hilton Head vacation. the host was extremely easy to get ahold of. if you have a small group, look into this location!!!

We rented this house because it was on the beach and it was dog friendly! The house was a perfect set up for about 15 of us - great outdoor space, great set up for teenage and young adults with parents! Being on the beach was great - such a nice area! Family Vacation

We had a total of 11 family members...7 adults and 4 children with one very well behaved dog! The property was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was a big benefit for all. The location by the beach was fantastic and our property manager, Brian Austin was great to deal with and very responsive to questions and information. I would highly recommend this property and its property manager for future families.

Great place to stay on HH!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this HH property. It had plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed the pool, the beach, the huge kitchen, the deck and playing ping pong! We are so happy we came here. The open staircase was a little tricky with the 1 year old but the owner gave us a baby gate and we used a chair to block the other set of stairs. This is a great property for a large group.

Our family came for a last minute getaway for the New Years holiday and we could not have been more pleased with the home. We especially loved the cabana near the ocean. The homeowner was probably the best I’ve worked with on vacation rental properties. He responded to questions or requests immediately. What a beautiful place! Everything was exactly as presented. Even better. Location is unbeatable. I highly recommend Cassina 11 for large families, gatherings, etc. Brian was always ready to answer questions and accommodate. Thank you Brian for hosting us and hopefully we will be back soon.

Great Home to Enjoy!

We were very happy staying in this home, it was as advertised. Clean and well maintained. The kitchen was great and was stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large family. The bedrooms were as photographed and very comfortable with good storage and closets. My family enjoyed the pool every day! The beach was also great and private. Brian was very accommodating and any questions were answered quickly and any minor issues were resolved quickly! I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home, will be going back again! Great location

Very nice house in a great location. We have been renting beach houses for 20+ years and this house provided everything you need to have a good vacation. The only issue we had was the front gates to the driveway do not close anymore. With two dogs, we had to block access from the back yard to the front yard to make sure the dogs couldn’t reach the street. Minor issue that we quickly resolved. Overall, would definitely recommend this house for anyone staying in Hilton Head.

Old House

House is in a great location which we have stayed in Hilton for several years on family vacation. The location of this house is awesome…..beach is great and within walking distance to Coligny area. This house is old and in need of major work. Lots of items didn’t work…..2 burners on stove, hot water in kitchen. Grass was overgrown, pool stayed dirty because of unkept palm trees shedding debris. House needs attention for the money charged for a week stay. I will add that grass did get mowed after we called and requested…..but again for the money you shouldn’t have to request these things.

Amazing!

We love the beach and wanted a place where we could have a small wedding/renew our vowes with our closest friends and family. We had family stay in the house ranging in age from under 2 to 80 years old. The overall feedback from us and our guests is that it's the best event we've ever been to! First, the direct access to the beach is a complete game changer. The walk is easy with the majority of it being a board walk. The grounds are amazing. Great landscaping and lighting and plenty of grassy area for our event. The kids loved the pool with plenty of seating around the pool deck for the adults to relax and keep an eye on them. The house is great. We slept 15 with no problem. The third floor master wing is amazing. Many of our party spent every morning on the many decks drinking coffee and reading with great views of the ocean and the back yard. The host was great! He even came over and adjusted the irrigation so it wouldn't interfere with our event. Overall we'd highly recommend this property for a great get away!

Overall a good stay on Hilton Head Island. Not a big fan of 5 star reviews (4 too low, 5 implies perfection), I would give this property a 4.7 out of 5 stars. For the price you are paying to stay directly on the beach, it checks all those boxes. Great access, great views, good outdoor seating. As pictures sometimes are deceiving, this time in a good way, the walk to the beach was much closer than expected. The house was very clean. Beds comfortable. Adequate linens, towels, beach towels. Kitchen was equipped fine. Could have used a few larger serving bowls, only because we were cooking for many due to COVID. Truly self catering so except for TP & dish soap, bring everything for kitchen. We enjoyed the convenience of the large ice maker. Plenty of room and areas to get away for our group of 9 adults. Steps were challenge for older folks but we put them on the 2nd floor (main level) and that worked out great. To access upstairs master bedroom, you have to walk through 3rd floor "loft" sleeping area. Place could use a little TLC maintenance but I attribute that to end of season stay -- overall in good shape. Just an FYI with folks with kids or pups, the yard is not completely gated (front driveway gates are tied open) and there are some pretty nasty burrs/thorns in the grass. Watch your feet! We had lots of rain, my son got stung by a stingray, no cable/internet until mid-week due to line being hit by lightning but still had a fantastic week. This beach is my favorite spot on HHI. Great location as its quiet/uncrowded but close to conveniences. Would recommend.

Great beach front home!

We enjoyed our week at the Cassina Palms home, even with a few hiccups. Pros: -Location! Amazing views from every oceanfront window and deck on the house. Located on a quiet dead end street with perfect uncrowded beach access. Centrally located and can get to most island attractions in less than 15 mins. Very close to Sea Pines. - Comfy beds with lots of linens - Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. We did find that some of the smaller appliances were not working (coffee grinder and that there is a shortage of silverware. -Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas which is so nice to have a rental! -Great pool! Cons: -The air conditioning for the top floor was not working on our arrival and we notified the host. He was quick to respond to my messages, but no one came to fix it until 3 days later. Luckily, it was not blazing hot outside, but none the less I would have appreciated it have been resolved earlier. -Home is in need of some general maintenance. Some of the outdoor furniture on main deck was rusted out and broken. Lots of dust and mold in/around the air vents. The front gates are not mechanically working anymore (you can manually open and close), so if you are planning to use that to enclose your dog just be aware they must be tied with a bungee chord. The gates in the back yard do not fully shut either. They probably just need to be releveled. I know we came at the tail end of the busy summer rental season so maybe some of these thing will be address when occupancy slows down. Overall , a great home!

Great property!

Cassina Palms is located in a premier location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our group of 10 family and friends enjoyed the large oceanfront home with pool. We only ate 1 meal out the entire week as the kitchen was very accommodating for meals for large groups. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and uncrowded. Brian, the property manager was promt and attentive and took care of any and all needs. We are all looking forward to next year's visit!
