Experience the ultimate beachfront escape at our cozy condo in Hilton Head. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of ocean waves, sipping your morning coffee on the private balcony as you take in views of the pristine beach, and later, relaxing by the shimmering pool while enjoying a refreshing dip.

Our quaint and well-appointed condo offers all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, a comfortable living area for unwinding after a day of adventure, and a cozy bedroom where you can rest peacefully. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dish washer, sink with disposal, and a oven. We include dishes, silverware and basic cooking pots and pans. There is a k-cup coffee maker and also a regular coffee maker for those that would rather have that. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use. The unit has 1 bedroom and it has a queen bed. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed as well. We have a reliable cleaning service and provide a STARTER supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. We supply bath towels and sheets for your stay upon arrival (not a daily change).

Step outside, and you're just steps away from the sandy shores, where you can bask in the sun, build sandcastles, or take long walks along the coast. And when you're ready to explore Hilton Head's attractions, you'll find them all within easy reach. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis are close by, wonderful spas in the area, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park is within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and lots of shopping opportunities. The condo is located across from Coligny Plaza, which has many shop's and great restaurant's with live entertainment.

Good location. Disappointed with no hot tub when it was listed under amenities. Walk-in shower would be better for elderly adults. Room was clean and view was good.

Very well done upgrades. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the little details, like the start up kit for the kitchen and bath. It was also very nice to have some hangers in the closets. Also loved being able to walk to stores and restaurants, so we did not have to get back in the car after arriving. We also loved seeing the deer and raccoon that visit, near the pool.

Will definitely stay here again! Wonderful condo in the best location!

We have enjoyed staying at the Breakers for many years because of its prime location at an affordable price. While the units are quaint one bedroom spaces, the grounds and proximity to Coligny cannot be beat. This condo was by far the nicest and well appointed condo on the property we’ve ever experienced! We will definitely stay here again! Everything about this condo was welcoming and thoughtful and even better than the photos! Decor was on point, with well appointed and comfortable furniture that fit the smaller space and provided plenty of storage. Everything was updated and CLEAN ! This unit has a full size kitchen with an oven (few units have them), extra linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels), comfortable beds/furniture, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, outdoor table and chairs and several thoughtful extra touches like small labeled bags with starter bath products, soap for kitchen, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and the kitchen towels were tied in a bow and so much more! It’s very apparent these owners are committed to their guests comfort and go above and beyond to provide a wonderful vacation experience!

Convenient and clean

This one bedroom condo was perfect for my stay in Hilton Head. It had everything I needed and was so convenient to stores and the beach. The owner was easy to contact.

Perfect stay!

This property was RIGHT on the beach. Like a two-minute walk, separated by a private gate (the gate was private, not the beach).The process could not have been more straightforward from check-in to check-out. The owners were responsive for the few questions we had. I'd love to stay here every year!

Hilton Head Getaway

Property was just as advertised. Location was absolutely perfect. So easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants, tiki bar, and more. Also close to sea pines and harbor town. We had a great stay. Also added perk was that Tim the owner was very responsive !!

An amazing getaway

Everything about the property was fantastic, easy to get in and out of, spacious parking, location was perfect right next to the beach. Tim was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly. The condo was fully outfitted and I felt like it was a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay

My wife and o chose this location due to the close proximity to the beach and shopping. Shopping and eating establishments were literally 30 steps away. A short walk to the beach was also enjoyable. Remember it is a condo, on the first floor. If you have kids above you, like we did, the sounds travels through the floor. Wasn’t unbearable, but was for sure annoying at times. Overall, good small unit to stay in.
