To whom this may concern. I made a reservation for 5/2-5/3. I spoke to someone named Noah at the property to let him know I would be arriving between 3am - 5am as I would be driving an 11 hour drive from Philadelphia, PA and wanted to make sure I would have some place to stay. When I arrived at the hotel, there was an Indian gentleman sitting through a see through glass door and window. I entered the facility on the other side through another door. Upon entering, the man never slid the sliding window open to speak to me. We were yelling back and forth because we couldn't hear each other. I was never even greeted properly. It was extremely poor and unkind service for a customer who had properly reserved a room and was exhausted after an 11 hour drive. I was in town to attend my granddaughter's graduation in Parris Island SC. The attendant told me I was not allowed to be checked in until 10a. I told him the service started at 9a, that wouldn't work. I told him I had spoken to Noah and that Noah said no worries, I would be accommodated. He said he didn't know what I was talking about and went back to being on his phone. I said, "Sir, are you serious, I have no where to go and in 4hrs I have a graduation to attend, I need a room, please!?" I was told, if I check you in now, you will need to check out at 11a. I told him that was ridiculous and my card had better not be charged!!! and I left disappointed and disgusted. I sat in the parking lot to use my phone and make other plans.
