Good that it had a shop where you could find things you may have forgotten small items like toothpaste or hairbrush. Disappointed that front entrance is not visible or clearly sign posted from main car park, which too many pot holes.

Dirty glasses in the Triumph bar, rather than giving fresh drinks offered to “pour the drink into a clean one” had to ask for fresh glasses. Noisy hotel, no AC & no fridges in rooms. Staff upon check in didn’t explain hotel or parking codes etc. Very basic hotel.

The room was clean and pretty big. The way the shower is configured is bizarre and left water on the floor after every shower. The most frustrating part was going to the restaurant to have dinner and being told they couldn’t take anymore reservations in a dining room that only had 4 full tables. The host told us to order room service, and then no one at the restaurant or front desk answered the phone for the next two hours.

Great rooms

Stayed here a few times, never had a bad experience. Bar a little expensive and a limited selection of beers, but that's being picky. Rooms are spacious and well appointed.

Hotel is great. Except we had to book a hour slot to use the pool per day. Not ideal, as it wasn't brought to my attention at time of booking. Also, 2 weddings taking place during our 2 night stay, which meant bars were extremely busy. Just wish the hotel had mentioned this at time of booking.
