"The staff was wonderful, Breakfast was great enjoyed a good hot cup of coffee and the room was clean i did have to take my trash out once after i return one evening I talk to the front desk no problem after that. I will return to the Sparks on my next trip."

"Traveling through for a quick overnight stay & a quick morning shower. It fit the bill perfectly for those needs. Room was pretty clean & the bed was very comfortable. EXCELLENT water pressure for the shower. The sink...not so much. Overall for being by myself and a quick stay it was very good."

"THE GOOD: A solid pick for West Little Rock. We were attending an event at Top Golf. Clean room, very quiet. Great Beds. Well appointed kitchen (though I did not cook this time). THE NOT SO GOOD: The hot water system is very dated. It takes a good 3-5 minutes running water to get a hot shower and the water pressure is pretty weak. The hotel was not packed, so this was a surprise. Horrid breakfast of dollar store frozen crap. I realize some utilize the kitchen and cook their own, but I've had way better continental breakfasts at other Home2Suites. Summary, great for a nights sleep and dining out or cooking your own meals. Brush your teeth while the water gets hot in the morning. Skip the breakfast."

"Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. "

"I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had."
