Room was exceptional, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful but very discreet, and wonderful to chat with. We stayed here instead of in Jasper because it's so nice and quiet, and still close/easy to get to Jasper. Plus, much more options for food for dining, and the hotel had a delicious complimentary breakfast. We will be staying here again!

We stayed in Room 315. Overall, the room was in okay condition, but there were a few concerns. When we arrived, the sheets had an unpleasant smell. After removing them, we noticed visible urine stains on the mattress, which likely explains the odor. That was very disappointing and uncomfortable. My booking was for three guests, but the room was only stocked with two towels, which was inconvenient. On the morning of our stay, my bank notified me that my card was being pre-charged for $260, even though my booking clearly stated I would pay at the hotel (which is why the total cost was slightly higher). Thankfully, my card was locked so the charge was declined. I texted the hotel to clarify and was told there was no pre-charge activity. After sending a screenshot from my bank showing the attempted charge, the only response I received was, “Alright, thanks.” There was no apology or explanation, which felt unprofessional. The night check-in staff interaction was average, but the morning staff were excellent and provided great customer service. Aside from the issues mentioned, the rest of our stay was good.

The heater units in the rooms are noisy. The first room i was assigned to had a heater that that was making a squeaky noise. The staff was very accommodating and placed me into a new room. The heating unit in this room was loud although it was not squeaking.
