"Half the floor our room was located on had a constant loud rumble caused by the rails below resonating with the building. This is NOT normal train noises and is constant from 5am to 1am. The staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Refusing to change our room or make any effort to resolve the issue. After one night of this noise we decided to cut our losses and booked a new hotel. No refund for remaining nights offered. The elevators were slow and clunky, the bathroom of the room smelt and at times the elevator lobby area also smelt, probably due to the microwave being located there in an enclosed space. Would not recommend this hotel or this company again to anyone."

"Hotel was close to Hakata train station which was convenient. Room was very small and would not recommend especially being a big guy. Have to step up into the bathroom and to take a shower you have to step into the tub which is very deep, maybe 2 feet. Not good for elderly. Was not impressed with breakfast as food was cold and I might have gotten food poisoning. "

"Kishibe is a little bit away from Osaka and Shin Osaka station. It’s a nice hotel and worth staying. It’s right next to a hospital and has a supermarket and cafes in the same building along with a 7-11."
