"The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The bedroom (Zumbo) on the second floor was very nice, clean, and modern as well. I liked that the room had a cooking area with a stove, microwave, minifridge, sink, and dishes to prepare food. I also really liked how clean, bright, and modern the bathroom was. I would definitely come back during my next visit to Seattle!"

"My parents were in town visiting and we always rent a place in the neighborhood for them to stay because we do have space. This was by far the best place they have stayed yet and we have some wonderful rentals in the past. Brian was wonderful when we needed to add an extra night because of weather issues. Who played the super cute and also in such a great location in Ballard. Would absolutely booked again in the future."

"The house is so perfect for your pets, so ADA compliant! I spent a month here recovering from major surgery and I was very impressed with how well the hosts took care of me, even putting a ramp in the front to get over the couple of steps. There is a shower chair in case you or your family might need that. And the hosts are so kind and willing to stop by at any time to help out if needed! I really appreciated the fenced in yard for our furry friends. And it’s really just a lovely home to spend some time in Seattle. Ballard is the best neighborhood to be a tourist in. It makes you feel like you are just one of the community. There’s a plethora of good food within a minutes walk or drive everywhere you look. I can’t say enough good things about this home! "

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."
