"This is a 4 star all inclusive hotel on a very sunny island. The food was good but becomes standard after a week as there is then not much variety. The staff in the restaurants are hardworking,very helpful and friendly. They will bring you your chosen drinks. A lot of entertainment everyday.the hotel got its own beach and the sellers on it are not pudhing to buy their goods. The reception made a couple of small mistakes during our stay.for instance we were suppose to get the tickets for our beach linen but did not get and when i ask for it the next day i had to argue to get it. Taxis are in general okay.one of the drivers said he does not work with the meter,so i got out of the car.most annoying was the small shop where theyctried to ripp me off.also one of the guys simply took 20 pound out of my wallet and said it was for his collection. With lot of persuasation i got my money back.the corridors need more frequent cleaning.the rooms are good,clean and you can ask for a cleaner any time.overall a very good hotel."

"Charles, the butler, was a great help throughout our stay and provided excellent service. The pool was always clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience at the à la carte steak restaurant (Asadito steak house) was disappointing. The waitstaff were quite rude, the food was dry, and it took an extremely long time to be served. Overall, while there were some positive aspects to our stay, the dining experience at the steak restaurant needs significant improvement."

"Nice resort! Very clean and well maintained. I really liked that they allowed us to make reservations for the restaurants for the 3 nights we stayed all at once. Also, the bartenders at the pool bar were very attentive at all times, same with the sports bar servers. The only thing I didn't like it's the people trying to sell you a timeshare following you around, other than that everything was good. Going back in a few months to visit the new resort they just opened next door."

"This is a party Resort and loved it. The foam pool party, the White party, the pink party all of them were amazing. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Of course there's also peaceful pools and places to hang out if you don't want to be part of the fun but I highly recommend you go to one of them. You won't regret. The Beach was full of sargassum but this is nature not the resort fault. The staff also sell you excursions and we booked the $120 per person to go to Saona Island. We really enjoyed that trip. This is better than purchasing from outside because this way doesn't stop at multiple resorts picking up people. They also stop at blue lagoon where you can take pictures of the starfish ( do not take them out of the water). Bring lots of singles and fives dollars to tip staff. The food was delicious in every restaurant but our favorite was Mangu restaurant where Matías and Daniel made us feel so special. We even exchanged phone numbers after because we truly going to miss them. Thank you everyone for making this the greatest vacation ever."

"Resort itself was very nice, having been to several all-inclusive. Pools (3) were maintained well and warm. Swim up bar was also very nice at the main pool. Our room was upgraded they said. Stayed in a room with 2 beds and 2 couches for 3 people. Room was big but had a few issues. Only a few outlets to charge our phones. The shower always had excess water that went over the bathroom floor. We laid a large towel down to soak it up as we showered. The room was still quite warm even with the AC turned down all the way. The AC leaked from the ceiling right in front of the bathroom door. So we laid a towel down there. Housekeeping was very good! Grounds were well kept. Lots of seaweed on the beach (large piles) and in the water. It’s like that during summer months (July/August), not when I’ve been during the spring time (March/April). Main buffet was good, but didn’t seem to offer much variety day to day. The restaurants were really good and I would recommend."
