"Very clean room. A bit compact but worked well as I was only one person. Bed, sheets, and pillows were great. Very comfortable. Wall mounted radiant heater under front window was very slow to warm the room up. Called front desk to have it checked. Maintenance man arrived in just a few minutes. He turned thermostat up to 90 degrees to kick start the heater. Also brought a plug in floor heater to knock the chill off and left it overnight. Convenient location to Allen Street (1 block away). All in all very happy with the accommodations."

"Average breakfast. The front desk staff charged me twice for my room that had already been paid for ahead of time through Expedia. Took a lot of time to resolve. No gym."

"This is such a cute and well-loved place. The person who checked me in and the one who checked me out were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was there for just one night and I wish it would have been longer. The room was immaculate, the amenities were perfect. I really appreciated having breakfast the next morning as part of my stay. The food was fresh and plentiful. Parking was convenient. The view, even from my first floor room was nice. Conveniently located with easy access to downtown and its happenings. I highly recommend!"

"Aunt Jessi’s suite is amazing. Porch overlooking the street is great. Best part of the stay is Charlotte, the manager. Overdoes everything to make sure that you feel welcome. Great stay!!"

"Friendly hosts. Place is a little janky, The mini split, which is the main heating source seems to regularly fail and need reset by the ground keeper. They don't give you the remote the mini split to control because they think you will break it. So It was a little cold. There is a small space heater for the bedroom (which has no door and you have to walk through to get to the bathroom). There is also a non-vented wall mount gas heater (carbon monoxide source) whose igniter is mostly broken so you need a grill lighter or have the ground keeper light it. Beds are fine, place was clean."

"The place was amazing! It was a perfect house to play hide and seek for my grandson - who giggled all the way through the game! (He's not quite 3). I would definitely stay here again! The proximity to the activities of Allen street was fantastic - yet far enough away at the end of the street for some peace and quiet! Thank you! "
