"Most of the staff could not speak English. Used Google Translate. Housekeeping did not lock our room after they left. Staff said it was not their responsibility. After asking them to not go in our room they continued to do so and left the door ajar again. The ad said coffee maker/kettle and there was not one in our room. "dont book they are a scam
sent messages saying check in until 9pm got there at 8.15pm and they were closed
messaged them and they didnt get back to me untill after 11pm, so i had to book somewhere else for the night
went to check in next day as they tried to charge me 120 euros to check in when i had already paid online i only needed to pay city tax of 35"
