"Very affordable for 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom place. It is certainly not a 4 star place but the beds are awesome! You rarely see this level hotel care about bed quality. I am in the hospitality industry so I am pickier than most on beds. Stayed here twice for my son who attends Udel. Still 15-20 mins from campus but good enough."

"Ist room was from 1975, and there were no real filtering curtains so someone parking opposite of your room, well I waved. I complained and they are undergoing a refresh (mainly paint and carpeting). That is the 4th floor. When I switched to room #2 they happily provided az room where the phones were installed. Issue there was the temp dropped and the air/heater electric was still off, so I moved back to the 1st floor into another 1975 room with iffy curtains but overlooking the grounds which was a lot less obtrusive. The major issue was an 12-13 teen coing to age party wth maybe 60 12-13 year olds on both 1st and 4th floors. They make a lot of noise, and the staff really tried. when they left it was fine but no breakfast bc kitchen was being renovated. Still the snacks room was open and frozen dinners and beverages were available. Currently the price is very low however if the price goes up post renovations I will prob. go elsewhere. There was a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance so the breakfast was not a deal killer"

"We ended up staying here because our VRBO host accidentally double booked and needed to cancel us last minute. It was frustrating, but Expedia was able to book this place for us on a busy Memorial Day / UD graduation weekend. We had two rooms - one for my husband and I and one for my Father in law. The rooms were clean. The walls are pretty thin and the first night I heard dogs and voices from other rooms. Luckily we travel with earplugs. The bed sags in the middle so that was unfortunate but it was comfortable otherwise. The shower pressure was not great, it sort of came and went. The fact that it's an extended stay hotel is good since we needed a fridge, but they don't provide ANY cookware or anything. You can buy it from them which we weren't going to do for a 2 night stay. I went to Wegmans and bought dish soap, a sponge, and even a mug for tea. Overall it was clean and comfortable and the staff were all very VERY friendly."
