"The first thing to mention is that when we walked in to check in, the key card machine was broken so we couldn't even check into our own room - we needed the front desk person to open the door for us. However, when we entered the room, it wasn't even fully prepared. All the cabinet doors were open and the floor was noticeably dirty. Also, the property has a no smoking policy, but the hallways and the elevator smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. I wouldn't recommend staying at this place again if you have a choice."

"Originally I booked a king bed, and was given a queen. I was then told it was the same size. Clearly it was not so when I told the front desk they gave me a double room, and he told me "save your complaints for the morning". There were cockroaches on the bed, the toilet was broken, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. If I had been told this, I would have just taken the original room. The next morning I complained and finally got the original room I was booked for. I was told id be compensated and then it did not happen. I paid hotel prices for a motel. Genuinely do not bother coming here it is not worth it. They will upcharge you and give you a cheaper room."

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience based on the name, but I was very disappointed. The property overall was filthy. The shower in our room was particularly bad — visibly dirty with grime and buildup. There was also a strong, terrible smell coming from the pipes that lingered in the bathroom and made the room unpleasant. The breakfast was okay — nothing special, but at least edible. Unfortunately, that was the only mildly positive part of the stay. For the price and reputation this hotel carries, the cleanliness standards were shockingly low. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in Philadelphia, look elsewhere."
