Our room at the far end of a long corridor with a view of a decaying building across the street looked old and outdated like it hadn't been updated since this hotel opened in 1993 : scratched and chipped furniture, an oxidized standing lamp with a crooked shade that turned on by itself in the middle of the night (!), a sagging mattress, a small shower with a faucet that went from steaming hot to ice cold if you...

"The hotel was clean and modern very much like the other Motel Ones I've stayed in. The room was fine, although slightly small if you have two large suitcases. The breakfast was OK but limited gluten-free options for coeliacs. The bathroom was fine, albeit a little small and there was a tendency for the water to run out of the shower cubicle each use soaking the mat."

"We were upgraded due to an overbooked hotel, however it did mean changing rooms the following day. The bedrooms that we were in had the toilet separate to the sink and shower/bath which seemed odd to us. Breakfast was fairly basic, eu style cheeses and meat with basic other continental choices. Free prosecco and nuts between 5-7pm was good though."

"Such a clean, stylish suite in a perfect location near all major historical attractions! Easily accessed via the tram, and the self check-in was simple! Staff were very attentive and easily reachable via text or email. Will definitely stay again!"

"More plug sockets near the bedside tables would be useful for charging mobile devices. A good breakfast service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d be very happy to recommend the hotel to friends"
