"Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy.
The hotel is about 15min walk from the centre of the city."

"We had no information about checking in, had to call, wait behind a door for additional half an hour until got code/keys. Tiny room is in a third floor. Carrying luggage was difficult. There was two door upstairs, one to room was crooked, hard to lock/unlock. Washer in a picture- doesn’t exist in room. But you can rent sauna there. Two ceiling windows are noisy if raining and tiny window to street is terrible noisy to leave open, since it’s directly to multiple bars and restaurants. No other...
"I have stayed in this hotel in the past, when they still had reception and breakfast, ant the stay was great. Therefore, I booked it again, and have to say, now the feeling is like living in student dormitory. Rooms require maintenance, shower had mould between the tiles and rusty service box, ceiling was wet, etc. So if you need just a night stay somewhere quick, then it is fine, but I would not book holiday stay in this place. "Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"We took a short bus ride from the coach station to this hotel, which is close to the main shopping and dining area of the old town. The hotel is in a quiet yet accessible area, the room was adequate. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was freshly prepared. The only shortcoming is that the reception closed early, and the lighting at the front entrance can be strengthened. Will recommend this hotel. "
"Far superior to our other hotel stays. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the old town and the Coruna Spit. Our room was an upgrade and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was an excellent spread of choices."

It’s in a great area, grocery store, coffee shops, breakfast places, river side, downtown and much more "
