Summary: Slow down and enjoy Bellerive’s historical village atmosphere in this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom refurbished unit just minutes from the town’s harbourside centre. Modern and light with ultimate comfort and ease in mind, the unit has two Queen beds to comfortably sleep four people. Ideal for a getaway with friends or couples, there are plenty of cafes within walking distance and you can reach Hobart by short drive or ferry ride.
The Space: Enjoy an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that’s central to the space and perfect for cooking and relaxing at day’s end with a glass of wine on the couch.
The kitchen invites attention with white and neutral finishings and modern appliances, ideal to prepare meals or an evening cheeseboard.
The living and dining room features lovely views of Rosny Hill, and has a four-seat dining table, comfortable three seat couch, large mounted flat screen TV, and large split system. From the living room, enjoy a sunroom and office space with an armchair to sink into with a good book, as well as a desk and monitor.
The home has two generous sized bedrooms with Queen beds, built in robes and electric heaters for comfort and warmth. The large bathroom is the hero of the home and features tiled walls, large floor-to-ceiling shower with rain shower-head, double basin and LED arch mirrors for a touch of glam.
Laundry with washing machine and paved carport are also included at the property.

The unit is among Bellerive’s wholesome village lifestyle, just 5 minutes walk to quality local restaurants like Marla Singer, Gastown East and Cugini, as well as the Bellerive Yacht Club.
Enjoy a 15-minute walk around the harbour to Rosny Hill Park to take in the view of Bellerive, or head up to Rosny Hill Lookout for expansive views of the Derwent River.
Getting Around: Metro Tasmania bus stop on nearby Cambridge Street can take you into Hobart, or choose the scenic 15-minute ferry ride with Derwent Ferries from nearby Bellerive Pier to cruise into Hobart’s Brooke Street Pier.
Hobart Airport is a convenient 15-minute drive from the property. Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam scooters to hire via apps.
