Furnishing:
- Box spring bed 180 x 200 in luxury hotels

The living room:
Very comfortably furnished, with modern coutch and armchairs and a leather relaxation lounger, which invites you to relax and read in a separate "Niesche" in the living room. Living room and bedroom is equipped with parquet floors, the rest of the apartment is laid out with granite tiles.
Of course equipped with modern flat screen TV.

The bedroom:
Great bedroom with modern art and a large box spring double bed. A large sliding door wardrobe can comfortably accommodate the entire clothing of 2 people.

The daylight bathroom has been renovated to modern standards, such as B. floor-level shower, glass walls, underfloor heating etc.

Kitchen: It has a cooker with extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and a small bar to relax and enjoy.

The hosts also speak English. Washing machine is available free of charge. Internet (WiFi) is already included in the price.

But don't be fooled by the romantic Biedermeier facades: today there are historical backdrops for exciting cultural and sporting events, for cozy shopping and enjoyable hours with delicacies from the kitchen and cellar. The Internationale Hofer Filmtage, the Theater Hof and the Hofer Symphoniker are the figureheads of this city, but the romantic, dreamy Bürgerpark Theresienstein - one of the most beautiful parks in Germany - has also earned it a high reputation.

عناصر لم تنل الإعجاب: النظافة

Schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Platz für 2-3 Menschen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, aber die Vermieter haben versprochen, dies durch Wechsel der Reinigungskraft zu verbessern. In einigen Schränken befinden sich Textilien und Gegenstände, die diese für den Feriengast nicht nutzbar machen. Hier könnte etwas nachgebessert werden. Sonst gute und freundliche Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion auf Anliegen. Zu empfehlen.
