Great location halfway between Sydney and Melbourne. Easy to book in and check in. As an older building it is a bit tired. It is also a bit noisy due to the materials of the outer walls. Full utilities which was great.

Well positioned quiet motel which is well organised and well presented for an older but clean building. Our room was warm, hot water available and a good bed. Good lights too for reading in bed. Holbrook is a quick and easy town for an overnight stop en route to Melbourne. We will be back!

Great spot in Holbrook.

We enjoyed our stay. The motel is on the edge of town in the main street. It has everything you need. Our room was not huge but very comfortable and very clean. We ordered dinner and it was delivered to our room, on time, hot and very tasty. Nearby is the recently renovated Holbrook Hotel.
