"Cottage room was nice, clean bathroom. Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course. Great location for seeing the area. The spa area is poor. Really uninviting & needs a deep clean."

"Very nice hotel, well situated by the coast. The room was spacious."

"The room was clean, lovely to have a bath. Breakfast was delicious by a wood burning stove. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved being close to Wells next the sea. Garden view room 5 did not really have a view of the garden from the balcony because it was on the end. Overall, enjoyed the stay."

"Lovely clean room, bedding and towels. The people were very pleasant and were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again."

"Really friendly, excellent service food is amazing"

"A really lovely stay at Meadow View Guest House. Sam was friendly and able to accommodate our early breakfast requests. The decor was beautiful and the small touches were really appreciated."

"Great location within minutes of the Quay."

"Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal."

"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

"This hotel is ideally situated - close to the beach. Our room was very large with a kingsize bed. It also had a set of binoculars! The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Food and service were great. We parked outside the hotel, but there is lots of parking nearby."

"Gorgeous place to stay and perfect for the North Norfolk Coast"

"The self catering flat was clean, well equipped particularly in the kitchen and living room with fans, jigsaws and dvds galore. There were even binoculars to better appreciate the sea views. "

"Room was very small, shower was warm but not very hot. Food was amazing staff very friendly."
