"The one draw back was the TV remote. If i press the on but, the TV should come on. That did not happen. I should not have to call the front desk to figure out how to use the remote and turn on the TV. Other than the the hotel, room and service was great. Complimentary coffee but no FREE breakfast. "
"We only spent one night at the new margaritaville in KC but we instantly felt like we were on island time upon arrival. Check in was quick (room was even ready a couple of hours early), rooms are spacious and designed well for functionality, and the pool area was amazing even on a packed day. The pool bar is large however it seemed like they didn’t have enough staff for a busy day and it took a while to get served. Drinks were delish though. The hotel elevators were pretty slow but we heard from some staff members that it was the busiest day they’d had since opening. Our kids loved the arcade area with the snack window and the ninja course at the indoor pool. The restaurant, Landshark, was SO GOOD! We didn’t expect much but everything was delicious for dinner. We also had breakfast at Landshark and it was good but not as good as dinner. The lobby has a coffee shop with any snack you could want, plus there is a gift shop with all things margaritaville and prices didn’t seem over the top. Overall we loved the hotel and wished we could have spent more time. Definitely a place we plan to return. "
"Our stay at Orangewood Inn & Suites was enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered free breakfast with a large variety of both hot and cold foods to choose from. We would stay there again when we are in the area. "
