Serenity Point offers wide, quiet beaches, undisturbed wildlife, great shore fishing, magical sunsets, and a two-mile walk around the island’s end. Just a short drive or bike ride away: retro roller rink, arcade, mini golf, gift shops, art gallery and weekly craft market, homemade ice cream shops, local seafood restaurants, seafood market, live music on restaurant patios, the Jolly Roger fishing pier, a new coffee shop, and a local favorite…Thursday night Bingo!

Kitchen/Living/Dining Area: Renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is fully stocked with essentials and more; living room has a large smart TV, a desk, books and games, and access to the deck overlooking the newly protected dunes and ocean.

Bedroom 1: Queen Master with luxury mattress, on upper level with ocean views, has smart TV, desk, dresser, closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom on upper level with sound view, has smart TV, dresser, closet, Pack n Play crib, and bathroom across the hall. Loft: Double Bed of comfy 10 inch memory foam in open loft area located between the main and upper level, accessible via three step wall ladder, view of pool and pond, has fan and small dresser.

2.5 Bathrooms+outdoor shower: 2 full renovated bathrooms on upper level (a shower in the master bathroom, and a shower/tub in the hall bathroom), plus a half bath on the lower level; enclosed hot/cold shower on the carport level.

Laundry: full-size washer and dryer in the main level half bath with detergent supplied.

Deck: 2 lounge chairs, 1 couch that seats 3, and a dining table with umbrella.

Carport: Hot/cold private shower + parking for up to three cars (no street parking is allowed), beach cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, hammock, corn hole, bocce ball, and more available for you to use.

Linens: Your beds will be freshly made, and for towels there are kitchen, bathroom (6 sets of wash cloths, hand towels, bath towels), and Turkish beach towels provided (100% cotton, fast-drying).

Beautiful house made for a beautiful vacation

My family had the best time staying here. The owners really thought of everything, and were so kind and communicative. The house is clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great as well. Right across from the pool and steps to the ocean. Would stay here 100 times over.

Perfect Respite

Simplicity at Topsail

The townhouse was very peaceful, clean, and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Having the coffee and tea, and other items available was wonderful. The furniture was comfortable and everything was well-organized and comfortable. There were plenty of books, games, and items to use at the beach.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved everything about this place! Great location with very easy access to the beach and the bay. The condo is nicely decorated and recently renovated and has everything you need with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches and beds. We loved the back deck with a view of the dunes and the ocean and a great outdoor furniture. So nice to have an outdoor shower and beach chairs and toys to use. We will definitely be back!

This property is near the dunes with a very short walk to the beach. Beach is beautiful. The pool is directly across the street which was great. Everything was as advertised, and owner was easy to deal with. Enjoyed everything!

Great place!

This is a very nice place to stay to enjoy the beach. The location is great, about halfway between the ocean and the sound, so it’s an easy walk to enjoy either. The neighborhood is great; we were even able to take advantage of the pool even though it was late in the season and a bit chilly. The house was very clean and provided everything you could need for a week. We would definitely stay there again.

Topsail Beach Stay

Shannon is an amazing host. Communications were thorough, with Shannon checking in midway during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was extremely well equipped. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower, bringing back fond childhood memories! I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach getaway

We had a wonderful weekend here. The property manager was very responsive to our questions about the area and property. It's within walking distance of the beach and easy access for kayak/SUP fishing. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet. It was a great weekend away. Would book again.

Perfect beach vacay!

We enjoyed the stay just as much as we did last year at this same property! The property is very clean and well taken care of. Shannon thinks of everything & is an amazing host! After many years of visiting Topsail this is our favorite location to walk to the beach then over to the sound and the pool is right across the street. Shannon is very responsive to all questions & gives lots of great tips while staying. Hope to return next year!

Beautiful Location

The location, Serenity Point, is so beautiful! The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a family of 5 with 3 teenagers stay there. The view from the back deck was lovely and a great place to enjoy dinner in the evenings. We loved watching the sunset each night after a short walk to the bay. The pool was never crowded. We hope to stay here again in the future. Communications with the owner were great and check-in was extremely easy.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in Topsail this week. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and it is perfect for our family. We had everything we needed in the house. We only had to buy our own food at the local grocery store; everything else was provided. We love the location of this house. The beach and the sound are both close and the pool is across the street. They were not crowded or busy at all. We hope to return in the future.

Secluded, private beach, excellent location

We visited Topsail and stayed here for around a week in the middle of September. The location is amazing, located on the southern end of the island. Peaceful, quiet - a great place for our little family to spend some time together and relax. The location had quick access to both the beach and the sound side, giving us both an ocean experience and calmer waters in the sound. Communication was easy and straightforward, home was clean.

Relaxing beach trip

The property was in an excellent location. The views were beautiful. Everyday it was a short walk to the beach for fun in the sun and waves. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and peaceful. It was great having access to the pool right across the street. The house itself was clean and came stocked with all of the essentials. We only wish it had an outdoor grill. Wonderful Beach House

This beach house has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy your vacation; from beach chairs and boogie boards to a kitchen with everything as well as games, fans and flashlights! The beds are comfortable, the AC works well. The home is extremely clean and well decorated. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with sharing local information, places to eat and favorite things to do. My teenage boys and I had the best time at this property and will stay again. The location is also perfect: an easy walk to the sound side or the beach side. Thank you!

Paradise at the Beach!

What an amazing home and location! The house is decorated beautifully with every amenity you can imagine and more. The house is super clean too!! The beds were so comfortable and it was nice to have the linens packed and ready to use. The kitchen is stocked with all you need except your food. It was so nice to lounge on the back deck with great seating options available. The view of the Point is spectacular! And listening to the waves was so relaxing! Our family enjoyed the community pool that was just across the street. The location is ideal with a quick walk to the beach and also to the sound. Definitely take a walk around the Point if you are able to. It was the highlight of our trip! The host, Shannon, left many tips on visiting the area which was helpful. We appreciate all of the effort she has placed in making this a house a home for all who visit! Definitely recommend this Beach Paradise!

Could not recommend more

When you go on vacation, you want to stay somewhere nicer than how you normally live and this house absolutely lives up to the hype. Here are some highlights of our trip: the underside the house had a shower stall (which I'm sure is standard of beach houses normally in this area) but she had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as a loofah already inside as well as a hammock to air dry before entering the house she had a smart lock on the door so all you do is enter the code and it unlocks, no key needed every type of kitchen equipment you could think to need she had available in the kitchen as well as cleaning supplies The bed sheets & mattresses were amazing and it felt as though we were sleeping on clouds (very interested in finding out where she got the bedding). She has a dry-clean service deliver the bedding and you make your own bed that way you know for sure that everything is clean She had a diffuser in the master bedroom with different essential oils to choose from The master bathroom had recently been updated and was very nice (I have a thing about bathrooms and showers and hers was amazing) and all the decor was very fresh and beachy, nothing felt out of date We were all very sad to have to leave and hope that in the future we can have a beach house half this nice!! Thank you to Shannon, our very first family beach trip was a hit :)

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this house for a week. Location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet and extremely clean beach. We loved exploring around the point and having the option for swimming at the sound. The house was as described with great decor, very clean, and stocked with everything you need. What an amazing place! You will not find a better host than Shannon! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing and wonderful vacation. The place is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The location is perfect; super close to the pool and quick and easy access to the beach and sound side where we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Having your own outdoor shower was an added perk and everyone slept great on super comfy mattresses. We had a great vacation!
