From a desirable location, only five minutes walking to the beach, to amenities and a heated shared pool too. Bring your family for a memory maker stay on sunny Anna Maria Island. Your furry family member is welcome also!

Stay and relax in this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground level home situated on a residential street in Holmes Beach. This homes offers a extra room with a pull out couch for additional sleeping. The spacious and tropical, 42 ft long heated pool makes for a wonderful gathering place for you and your traveling companions. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating, lounge by the pool to soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy the BBQ grill for a delicious home cooked meal. Best of all, you are only a short 3 minute stroll to the fabulous Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. When you vacation at Mykonos, you get to enjoy the best of both worlds. Spend quality time Gulf side during the day and cool off in the pool in the afternoon--it doesn't get better than this!

Don't feel like cooking while on your beach getaway? No problem! You are closely located to the south bound trolley stop at the west end of 69th Street and Gulf Drive. Take advantage of the free air conditioned trolley rides to local restaurants, shops, rentals and much more.

The master bedroom at Mykonos features a queen size bed with master bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and there is a pull out couch for additional sleeping. Grab your favorite book and relax on the enclosed air conditioned sunroom facing the beautiful tropical landscape pool side.

When you combine this amazing location with the wonderful amenities offered you get the ideal retreat for your Anna Maria Island vacation at Mykonos! A Dog is welcome. Pet fee is $200 plus taxes, maximum of 1 pet unless otherwise approved by FDR.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

I wanted to love the property. In fact, I would have settled for really liked. Unfortunately, there were too many blemishes that, summed up, were hard to ignore. It’s the little things that set these vacation properties apart, and Mykonos didn’t check the little things boxes:1. The front door keypad would lock the door, but not unlock. You came out on Sunday to fix it, but it was not working again later that day. We simply used the garage door to enter and exit the house, rather than call you back for another go at it. 2. The primary sliding door exit to the pool did not have a “mandated” door alarm. 3. The exhaust fan in the hallway bathroom did not work. 4. There was no cooler at the house. A beach house without a cooler? We bought one and left it at the house so the next guests wouldn’t have to do the same. 5. The property grounds are in desperate need of some TLC. Grasses and weeds are overrunning the mulch beds. Bags of mulch laying in the beds. Weeds growing up through the pavers on the pool deck. Downed palm fronds lying in the beds. Etc. Etc. Extremely unsightly. 6. The pool deck wooden furniture and webbing therein have seen much better days. 7. One pool cleaning per week is not enough. We resigned ourselves after the first few days that we’d have to share the pool with the mulch and tree debris that got washed into it by the rain. These rentals are not cheap. For the cost, I would expect more. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.

Enjoyable

We were impressed our rental was available after two October 2024 hurricanes. Disappointed in the quality of furniture. The most comfortable were the stools around the island. The bedroom were very roomy and the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice as well. Although there were no toilet papers holders. Kitchen supplies were sparse but sufficient. There were no grilling utensils.. although a very nice grill. Pool heater was no existent the last three days. Which did really affect our stay as the weather wasn’t pool weather. Overall I would rent it again given the opportunity.

Won’t be back

I will start my review to say the rental agency went out of their way to be helpful. First thing we noted was that the pool was 68 degrees even when the air temperature was warm. Twice pool repair people came after several days of wait to check on pool. Each time they said pool heater was working normally. However, the next day pool heater did not come on. Third time they came a problem was found and repaired, But this was three days before we left.Propane grill was broken, rusty and dirty. It was replaced. The dining room has a kitchen type island with high top stools, but there is no dining room table for entertaining friends. Otherwise, the house appeared to be furnished with sparse old, probably flood damaged, and inexpensive furniture. The house was uncomfortable. I could continue with other problems but will only say that I would not rent this property again.

Great location and private pool

Old Florida cottage. Newly remodeled kitchen. Could’ve used new furniture in the bedroom, living room, and pool loungers, but it was spacious and clean. A nice layout, good supplies, perfect location and great pool!

Loved the location. Kevin the caretaker was great. Pool area the best. It needs new pool chairs, sun loungers, falling apart very old. Shower hot and cold are reversed. Pool heater turned off after three days. No propane for the grill. But we enjoyed our stay.

Mykonos is a wonderful place to just...be!

Wonderfully clean and comfortable. So many large spaces to enjoy, and we did enjoy them all. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to work in. The pool is very well maintained. All in all, a great experience. We will be back.

A wonderful place to stay

Great pool. 5 hours of sun in the back yard. Great for our Two dogs. Easy access to beach and a variety of restaurants. Comfortable home. Decent amenities. Nice neighborhood.

Beach house

Clean house, master bedroom great bed comfortable. Other two bedrooms , full size beds very uncomfortable. Need 2 twin beds in each room . Kitchen well stocked, drawers need to be replaced. Shared bathroom fantastic, great shower. Air vent in hall ceiling needs filter replaced. Pool is enjoyable, with many tropical plants. Beach is a short walk and breathtaking. Lanai is a added bonus . Would definitely come back . Maintenance man lives next door , he is very helpful!!

Disappointing Property

This property is very outdated and had several broken unusable items. There were outlets that were not working, the grill was rusty, the iron was rusted, the property was dirty, the return vent was filthy. The beds were in terrible condition. The outdoor gas heater had a metal top that was added that had some paint on it that would burn when in use.

very good location to the beach!

very spacious and cozy. the inventory and the appliances in the kitchen should be renewed. Likewise, the existing beach equipment was not in good condition. Communication and check-in were great. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation, the house was exactly as listed. Aside from some older funky furniture in the living room the stay was great. Super close to the beach and pool was nice and big. Only thing about the pool is that it's 5 feet deep all around so if youre vacationing with young ones that can't swim bring appropriate floating equipment. Also there are lots of plants around the pool that you'll want to clean before your dip. I would totally rent this space again.

Awesome place

It was great space for the size of our family 5 adults and one baby. There needs to be more linens and outdoor chairs need to be reached. Dryer never dried the clothes even though it got hot. Neighbor was maintenance people and they were super nice. We will be back next year.
