Loved the accommodations

We enjoyed the property. Very stylish, clean. Ample amount of towels, beach towels, dishes. The appliances were up to date. The grill was awesome! We cooked out about 4 days out of our 9 days there. The heated pool and hot tub was a fun time as well. Our family enjoyed our vacation. We will be back.

Great location with everything provided

The property was very nice and clean. The things we enjoyed the most were that it was located very close to a beach as well as several restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was fantastic and it was so nice to have a wagon toys chairs and umbrella for the beach. The host thought of everything. We loved this place and would highly recommend it!

Great location, great property and a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay here. The property had plenty of room for my family of 4. Lots of beach gear included. A 5 min walk or short bike ride to the beach. The beach location was great and my kids had a great time snorkeling all week. It was also close to restaurants, shopping and food. Property was very clean. I really enjoyed the parking under the house, it kept the car nice and cool. We rarely heard any of the neighbors and if we did it wasn’t a bother. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location and amenities!

Property was clean and we'll appointed. Walking distance to beach and town. Would have been nice to have a mirror in the spare bedroom and an extra hair dryer in the guest bathroom. But these are minor and only suggestions from a fellow VRBO property owner :o)

Island paradise!

We had a wonderful stay in AMI at this property. It was spotlessly clean and both bathrooms feel like they were just built. Beautiful tile and excellent water pressure. The bedrooms were exactly as described and beds were very comfortable and charmingly decorated. Kitchen had everything you would want and living room was spacious enough to relax and enjoy a movie on the fully programmed tv. Nothing about this place is complicated, everything worked perfectly. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and sharing with 1-2 other families made for nice socializing, though everyone minded each other's privacy and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The location can not be beat, literally five minutes walk to gorgeous beach where you may even be lucky enough like us to see dolphins 10 feet from the shore. Breathtaking sunsets are guaranteed! Can't wait to come back for another visit!

Great AMI rental

This property was new and a well organized rental, and the managwr was very responsive. It had everything you need - even beach chairs/toys for the short walk to the becah. The beautiful pool was a lovely way to start/end the day. We recommend this property for an enjoyable AMI rental.

Perfect Holiday Weekend Getaway

We had an awesome stay at this property over this past holiday (4th of July) weekend! We were thoroughly impressed with the layout, space, and modern beach feel of the unit. Additionally it had everything we needed - pack’n’play, beach toys/supplies, and household supplies. Christy was an awesome host who was easily accessible and made our stay seemless. Our favorite part was the location! It was a quick 5 min walk to Holmes beach - in an area that was not crowded. Thanks for a fantastic weekend away with the family Christy!

Family vacation

Fantastic!! Really clean and just feels nice to be there. Close to many different beaches and stores/shops. Great location for sure! Christy was very responsive and helpful.
