Great quality comfortable hotel

This hotel I highly recommend. You have there a friendly stuff, amazing healthy great quality breakfest, elegant comfortable, quiet rooms. You can get free access to well equipped fitness center. I have very pleasant stay.

Kritisabel værelsesservice

Under vores ophold på hotellet blev det ikke oplyst ved check-in, at man aktivt skulle hænge et skilt på døren for at få gjort værelset rent. Denne information stod udelukkende i det skriftlige materiale på værelset og blev altså ikke nævnt af personalet. Resultatet var, at vores værelse ikke blev gjort rent. Hotellet tager dog fuld pris – uanset om man modtager rengøring eller ej. Det virker både uprofessionelt og urimeligt, og det efterlader et indtryk af, at man spekulerer i at spare rengøringsudgifter på gæsternes bekostning. Penge lige i lommen på hotellet – og under al kritik.

Skøn miniferie

Vi opdagede en perle. Best Western Royal Holstebro er et fantastisk hyggeligt hotel i Holstebro. Det føltes hyggeligt lige fra vi ankom og det er rart at føle sig "hjemme". Fik tips til tur rundt i Holstebro, som skulle prøves og sidst på eftermiddagen bød de på et glas vin i den hyggelige lille bar. Værelserne var hyggeligt indrettet ligesom resten af hotellet. Der var rent overalt. Personalet var smilende og nærværende og meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er fantastisk, der er stor lækker buffet og der er kræset om maden. Kan klart anbefales. Nu skal vi bare finde på en undskyldning til at komme til Holstebro igen.

God placering - lidt luft

Overordnet rigtig fin oplevelse, og et fint hotel, med rigtig venligt personale og god placering i forhold til byen, som ligger lige om hjørnet. Eneste minus er, at der er lyst på værelserne, så man kan høre dem som bor ovenover en og ved siden af en, gå rundt. Dog var der heldigvis ikke yderligere støjgener

Hotellet ligger midt i byen. Så både godt og ondt. Liv og glade dage lige udenfor vinduet og det kan jo være lidt højt, når de unge mennesker fester (ikke at jeg havde et problem med det, men der er sikkert nogle, der kunne synes det) Flinke mennesker, som var ansat der.
