Summary - Sleeps 16 (9 adults only) in 6 bedrooms. Hot Tub& Outside shower, Home Gym/Yoga room, Firepit area, Pool room, 2 sitting rooms, conservatory, office, Dining Kitchen 2nd Ground floor BBQ Kitchen. 200 yds to Porth Diana or Trearddur Bay main beach. Opposite Seacroft pub/restaurant.

Dog Friendly - One small dog at additional charge of £20 per stay. Additional dogs may be considered, please enquire

Suitability - Main living areas are upstairs

Bedrooms - Ground floor: Bedroom 1: King with ensuite shower room Bedroom 2: King Bedroom 3: Twin (can be made into a King on request) Bedroom 4: Bunk beds and single bed with ensuite bathroom (shower over) Bedroom 5: SuperKing suite with sitting area and ensuite bath & shower room. Sofa bed bedding provided on request. Upstairs: Bedroom 6: 2 x Bunks. Please note that these are built in and situated in the pool room which leads to the 2nd sitting room and therefore only suited for children. Please note no larger adult only groups of any more than 9 are accepted

Bathrooms - Ground floor family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Upstairs shower room. Separate upstairs WC. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms as above. Outside shower

Downstairs BBQ kitchen - Fridge, freezer, sink, wine cooler, table & chairs. French windows out to BBQ area.

Conservatory - Off downstairs kitchen, sofa and chairs.

Utility room - Washing machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board.

Kitchen/Dining room - 2 x dishwashers, Full size fridge and freezer, large Aga with 4 burner gas hob, 2 x hotplates, 5 x ovens, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, Window seat with sea views. Dining table with chairs and benches.

Living Room - Large vaulted living room with sofas, chairs, window seats, woodburning stove and large smart TV. Bi-fold windows with sea views. 2nd staircase to directly access hot tub/firepit area.

Sitting Room - Sofas, chairs and Smart TV. Concealed home office.

Pool room - Pool table and games, concealed quad bunks

Gym/Yoga studio - Range of gym equipment and yoga space

Hot tub - Large 8 seater hot tub with retractable pergola (also has retractable sides)

Outdoors - BBQ area with outside dining space. Terraced and lawned areas

Parking - Sufficient parking for 6+ vehicles on tarmacked drive immediately outside front porch.

Children - Generally suitable for supervised children. Travel cot, stair gate and high chair available on request.

Bikes - Can be stored in Yoga studio
