This was a wonderful surprise to find this little gem in Holyoke! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the breakfast was very nice! The only negative I could see is the elevator is a bit slow...but that really isn't even a big deal! Had a great stay and will return!

We had a very pleasant stay at D Hotel. Very excellent customer service from the front desk staff. The room is nice and was roomier than we'd expected. We've stayed here several times and have plans already to stay again. We have friends and family in the area. This is one of our favorite places to stay.

Breakfast was in a tight area but was fairly good. The staff was really helpful, but no one shows up until 9AM at the front desk, so that was awkward sometimes. Overall however this hotel is really nice. I would have no qualms staying there again; in fact, I would choose it.

The staff were very friendly, making the entire stay pleasant from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings were quiet, which made it easy to relax.
