The hotel room was spotless, modern and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and convenient to transport and close to shops and restaurants. The lifts were a little confusing to use but otherwise it was an excellent experience. I’ll stay there again.

Hopewell Hotel is a 5 star hotel in a great location. The hotel is clean, newer, has a fantastic buffet, large rooms, fluffy robes, and staff that goes out of their way to make your stay the best. I travel a lot and this was definitely one of my better stays. I recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hopewell. Stayed in the Family suite, with an adjoining room. Super spacious for a family of five, with an amazing cityscape view to boot! Staff was super helpful, taxi/UBER drop off area a BIT complex to new HK travelers but got better after the first couple tries. A great home base to go out and see all the beautiful sites of HK and even Macau. Thanks and we "HOPE" to come back again in the future!

Solid hotel. Good location. Many amenities on your doorstep....some of which come with discounts for hotel residents. Some minor ups and downs with the reception staff....largely due to an understanding. We will be using the Hopewell as our base for future HK visits - happy to come back.

Outstanding staff very helpful. Love check out time at noon. Didn’t request any advance deposit. Easy check in process. Pool is good size and shape ( rectangle). The only drawback for elderly is walking also waiting for elevator to go to surrounding outside area.

Convenient location with easy access to subway, staff are super nice and helpful (thanks Dante!) , amenities are new (Nespresso machine and water filter are practical). Room is surprisingly spacious for HK and comes with an amazing view. Hotel breakfast is nice but not necessary. Overall 10/10
