This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff and service. We really enjoyed our restaurant experiencing the hotel and the breakfast were extremely good. A nice mixture of European and Chinese food. We will definitely come back again.

Best hotel in Hong Kong. Despite the location since I uber everywhere I didn’t mind. Their service and attention to detail of every staff was amazing. How they bring the utensils to you and how house keeping is trained really made me want to stay only at the Murray. Most hotels in this price range indeed have above average service but Murray does it better. I have zero complaints. Rooms are spacious and sleek almost like Armani hotels. Worth giving up the harbor view.

Great location, 1 min walking distance to Peak Tram. Easy 10 min walking distance to HK station. I enjoyed my stay with my parents. The staffs were very friendly and always helpful. And great breakfast!!!

Excellent property with fantastic guest service from the time we arrived to the time we were bid goodbye. Multiple dining options, including a rooftop bar and restaurant with surreal views of the skyline. Near many shopping areas, and a grocery store is nearby, as well. Room is a gem- comfortable, large, blackout curtains, and a very nice bath room. Sincerely one of our favorite hotel experiences. Highly recommended!

Professional staff, clean and modern hotel

Hotel located in the financial part of town, so people around hotel are people you will find in financial parts of town, its clean and well maintained. When we checkd in, a gentelman called Orion helped us thru the process and helped us with our bags and showed us our room. inside the room he showed all the good to know in the room. we ended up upgrading our room to a bigger one, super nice as well. Roomservice was great. In housekeeping there was a gentleman called Dicky, he was also very helpful and professional and kind. the bar at the rooftop was really nice, good views and nice staff as well. Breakfast was good, alot to chose from and quality was good as well. hotel was quiet also. Really nothing to complain about. recommend this one!

The entire experience is immaculate, there are no details left unnoticed. We loved it so much we turned a 2 night into a 4 night then came BACK for 3 more. The concierges know everything there is to know. I showed them one shirt I bought from a local artist and they sent me to an entire artists district. I have fallen in love with Hong Kong, but for me there is no Hong Kong without The Murray.
