Spotless room! Friendly staff! Especially love the coffee machine and fruit in the lobby! And LOVE LOVE LOVE the steep access to hiking up Wanchai Gap Road and all sorts of great food nearby!

Excellent hotel IF you are fit to walk up to the building - as taxi's leave you at the bottom, then an, extremely, unbelievably steep incline up to lobby. Not advisable for elderly, unfit or heavy suitcase folks - find another hotel! Other than that, the location and what's around couldn't be more convenient. The free coffee with fruits brekkie and their outdoor deck makes for a wonderful start to the day. Excellent Thai resto close by, amonst others. Short walk to the harbour or a hike. Lots of shopping, this is the heart of HK, enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Reception was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean. Close to the tram and metro ~ 300 meters. Very nice bed and two perfect pillows for both of us. Nice area, lots of shops and restaurants. Hot water amount in the shower was smaller than we are used to.

Conveniently located on HK Island, close to transport links and Wanchai market. Room has cooking facilities and washer/drier. Our second stay in this hotel and we.re going back next month. This is now our accommodation of choice provided it doesn't get any more expensive.

We stayed two weeks. The kitchen was great as we prepared our own food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though the hill is a bit tiring after a day of walking. We would stay there again.

They didn’t have our booking upon arrival so fortunately I had the app on my phone so reference number was there. All remedied very quickly. Good location and perfect especially with the washer/dryer good aircon and tv in both the living room and bedroom. Good pressure shower.
