Beautiful hotel with nice Ski view

Room was beautiful and spacious for family of 5. Ski view and it comes with balcony.love it... we will book the same hotel if returning

convenient place as next to ski and with lots shops and games, so that even not bored at night. The shower room design was poor that easy to spill out water and the water ran slowly and leaked out

Overall a good trip

Check in was smooth. Arrived before quoted check in time but we were allowed to check in anyway. Room was nice and big, with a balcony, overlooking Vivaldi Park. Hotel only cleans the room every 3 days (we stayed for 2 nights) so we didn't get our room cleaned but that wasn't a problem. Plenty of things to do close by. Would stay again.

The biggest towel they have is face towel size according to international standards. Would have to bring your own towels if you need. Tried asking for additonal towels but was told we have to pay extra Thankfully it was just for 1 night stay. Most staffs speak very good english. Except housekeeping

It is misleading to show there is swimming pool in this facility. There is no swimming pool in this facility. The existing swimming pool is in another facility, which is a bit far away. Also it is pay and use, which is pretty expensive.

I booked a suite that sleeps 5, on the expedia it says two room with 2 beds, but when i checked in it was two bed room but only 1 bedroom has a bed and the other room is just sleeping on the floor ( next morning feels my back was broken). Second temperature control was broken, the room temperature was 28.8 degree celus and when calling to front desk it was constant busy. Room was so hot cant fall alseep even with window opened. Third we found an rotting orange under the couch. 4. Fourth they have no bath towels, they only gave you small face towels. Would not stay here again

믿고 찾을 수 있는 리조트

명성 만큼이나 만족한 여행이 되었습니다. 프론트 직원의 친절한 서비스로 기분 좋게 체크인하고, 리조트 내의 다양한 부대시설들의 편리한 이용은 큰 장점입니다. 연식이 좀 된 건물이지만, 잘 관리되고 있는 점과 주변 산책로 등은 가족여행이나 지인들과의 여행에 믿고 찾을 수 있는 만족할 수 있는 숙박시설입니다. 객실에서 취사를 할 수 있었으나 리조트 지하 식당가에서 다 해결할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

가족여행

방이 이쁘고 거실도 가족이 지내기 좋았습니다. 다만 변기가 막혀있는 상태라 이용에 불편했습니다. As 두번 오셨는데 처음 오신분은 해결 되었다 했는데 아니었습니다. 두번째 오신분이 고생 하시며 해결 하셨는데 너무 친절하셔서 그래도 기분이 좋았네요. (그분 너무 칭찬드리고 싶아요) 변기 이외에는 뷰도 좋고 위치도 너무 훌륭 했습니다)
