This place was very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. It is quiet and has everything you need. This is not a fancy hotel. It is simple, clean, very functional, convenient to the Shinkansen station, other stores, some great nearby bakeries. The hotel breakfast is also sufficient. It was a very nice find for us and quite affordable.

The hotel is clean and tidy. But there are not enough parking slots for all customers in front of the hotel. The public bath is a bit small, can only accomodate around 3-4 people at the same time. Overall, it is still high value for money.

建築物自体にホテルとしての防音対策が施されておらず、 外部の騒音は一般建築物と同様に室内に入り、国道からの 交通雑音で安眠が妨げられる。 また、備え付けの枕２種は、高く硬く、調整できない。 フロントカウンター付近に、ソフト/低反発枕はフロントまで依頼との案内があったが、ベッドに入ってから、フロントまでは行かないであろうし、そもそも、そういった情報は室内にあって然るべき。

音が筒抜け（木造のため仕方ない） シャワーやトイレ、洗面所がゆったりしてて使いやすい。 2号棟の場合遠くて渡り廊下が寒く扉が重く、何枚もあるので荷物を持っての移動はつらい。１号棟指定が必須。 ホテル前の駐車スペースが少なくショッピングセンター駐車場に止める場合は遠い。以前はここでも有料にだったが、無料になったのでまた宿泊するようになった。

It’s the closest hotel to the Honjo waseda station & only 1 station away from Takasaki where there’s a lot to see & do. It’s an ok hotel for sure, breakfast is quite early. Rooms are good, free rice & curry in the evening & a quiet neighbourhood around.
