**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** Clean and spacious two-bedroom, two bath condo at The Ilikai with high-end tropical furnishings and gorgeous tile floors throughout. This 10th floor suite is fully furnished with 1king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 king size bed in the second bedroom, a full size sofa bed in the living room, and two separate 120sf private lanais! It will accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the cooler side of the building, relax and enjoy the split air conditioning in this 1,000 square foot suite while you watch the high-def TV in the living room or take a nap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy home cooking during your stay, including a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and all the basic cookware, dishware, and utensils.

Free high-speed internet and WI-fi provided, with dedicated router in the room for great connectivity and speed. A/C keeps you cool inside and the spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and classic in-room private resort dining. The Ilikai features a newly renovated pool, on-site restaurants, cafes and convenience store. Located in a prime location adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping by day at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the convention center or the bustling nightlife of the Waikiki strip, you are close to it all. The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana and steps away from Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. And the beach is just steps from your door!

Parking is available and is paid directly on site: $45/day valet parking. at the Ilikai, $33/day self-parking at the Marina Garage next door, or self parking in the harbor lots behind the hotel for $1/hr with the ability to ad time by phone or online. (*Parking rates subject to change)

We do not accept 2-night bookings unless they start or end next to another booking. Please contact us for more information regarding 2-night bookings.

No under cabinet lighting worked st all so kitchen light shined into adjacent bedroom. No dustpan. Couch ripped and torn horribly. Location loud but close to beach. Check in process very easy.

Great location and condo. Would definitely come back!

Condo provuded all of the essentials. Would suggest hust a few more bath toweles for the average amount of guests. Food outlets were good. Property needs to upgrade the pool areas.

Great Location and property!

The condo is very well equipped! It was clean and the location was perfect for our group. Walkable beaches and restaurants. They had 4 chairs for us to use for the beach, as well as two floaties. Having cable was an excellent addition for our downtime! We hope to be back to Ilikai!

Excellent property.

The suite was very clean and the location is great. The traffic noise was loud in the beginning but we got used to it quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful but Noisy

The management company said they sent the unlock code prior to arrival. Did not see the email in regular box or spam. I did get an Email for the receipt prior to departure and it did not have the door code. We did get in after getting with property security and they contacted the management company. I did have my phone set to do not disturb after 9:00 so that is why they were not able to call me back. Management had sent the door code thru my contact host feature on the Vrbo app. The room and the city are beautiful and spacious as described. The room and hotel look great for a Hawaiian vacation. However the road noise was incredibly loud at all hours. Delivery trucks, loud motor cycles and honking sounds were a constant. The sounds bounced off of the surrounding high rise buildings and seemed louder than they were on the street. Our second night around 3:00 am the fire alarm went off telling everyone in the building to immediately evacuate the building using the stairs. After about 5 minutes of getting everyone up and dressed for an emergency evacuation an announcer said that it was a false alarm. For the next 15 minutes there were additional false alarms going off with repeated announcements of it being a false alarm. It is very hard to go back to sleep after the adrenaline rush of an evacuation. This in no way was the management company’s issue. The Resturants in the Resturant are great. The beach access is a little of a long walk but well worth it.

Beautiful city and Mountain Views

We had a great stay. The location is great with the Duke Kahanamoku lagoon being right next door and the ocean is right there also. The property is very pretty and the city views at night are beautiful. Kalakaua Ave, the main shopping street, is maybe a mile or so. Walkable if you’re in decent shape. There is a nice hula show at the hotel on Wednesday evenings. The only issue that we had was the mini split ac unit in the living room was very noisy.

The property was perfectly located. Plenty of restaurant choices, all within walking distance, waikiki beach was just down the road. Valet parking was 45 dollars per day so be prepared for doubling your rental car cost when budgetting

Spring Break 2024

We had a great time! We love the city and the sounds and people. Quick access to the beach and we walked everywhere! 18000-26000 steps a day! Easy to get to the mall, gym, and dining!

Amazing place

We were in town for our son’s wedding. We needed a place that would hold 4 of us comfortably and this place did that! Beautiful place very roomy with amazing views and wonderful light coming in every morning. Great location and beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be recommending this to our family and friends!!

Great Family Getaway

Clean and neat as promised. Positives - location, large Lanai, well stocked kitchen, great black out roller shades in the bedrooms, 2 pools for tanning and swimming. The air-conditioning worked well. We would definitely stay here again. Negatives - Our group was in need of 3 beds for sleeping so we anticipated using the sofa bed during our stay. the sofa is fine for that use but not as a pull out bed. The mattress was very thin and shows its age, each bump and spring easily felt. We ditched this option after the first night and drove to Costco to pick up an air bed. This made for a much more comfortable nights sleep and solved the 3rd bed situation. If you need the additional sleeping room I would not count on the sofa bed unless you have preschoolers that can sleep on anything. We did leave the air bed in the room so it could be used again if needed. We also noticed a few minor maintenance items that may need to be addressed in the near future.

Nice place but needs a little bit of an upgrade and some paint. There were no bowls at all. Shower in the main bathroom leaked and sprayed water all over. Great location.

Family Stay

Great Condo and would def rent again. Clean and spacious unit. You can hear the traffic due to its locale in the building but nothing over the top. Condo was well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Towels and linens were provided and were in great condition. Sinks do drip but with the right touch on the faucet, you can prevent it. Great stay for us!
